Concerned following other reviews but had a great experience!

I ordered a part for my washing machine and after ordering decided to read some reviews for the company. I was then very concerned following the amount of negative reviews but my experience was very different. I ordered the part on Monday with standard shipping and the tracking on the website was regularly updated. I received an email on Wednesday stating that the part was with Royal Mail and it arrived this morning (Thursday). I fitted it and now have a wash on the go! Very pleased with the whole experience and have saved a lot of money getting someone out to fix it :)

I ordered spare shelves for my mum and forgot to change the deliver to address
No phone numbers to ask for help
Raised a ticket which said someone would call in 24 hours
3 days later no reply
Parcel now on its way
Absolutely abysmal customer services
When will companies realise that customer care isn’t about having a list of useless FAQ’s and bots who are neither use nor ornament
Totally fed up with companies like this who could so easily have helped redirect my parcel ( £8 delivery) if only they employed human beings !!!
The email contact just keeps resending ticket numbers it’s all automated nonsense

That’s not funny- time wasters

That’s ridiculous, I ordered few parts for my beko fridge/ freezer . Spent nearly £100 and nothing is compatible to my fridge. The gap in plastic front and rear glass trims are much to narrow , fridge door seal is too long about 2cm , drawer flap for freeze doesn’t stay in the holes! I wasted my time trying to fit it , very disappointed.

Do NOT use this company

Do NOT use this company. After waiting 2 weeks for my order and not receiving it I’ve sent emails that are not responded too and no contact number to get in touch with anyone. No way of getting a refund so I’m fuming.
Update - I now find out delivery not due til February 2024 and still no refund I’m fuming

Handle on my fridge freezer broke

Zero score not available.
Handle on my fridge freezer broke, so ordered a new one. Told that it would be delivered on a particular day. Waited in all day and it was not delivered.
Tracking details say that it is still in their building.
Live chat a complete waste of time. Repeated the same, you are to blame for not selecting speedy delivery.
It seems not to matter what they say during the order process they will do what they like.
Find a different supplier is my advice as these people are terrible.

Easy to order

Easy to order. Had confirmation e mail. Paid for next day delivery because we need our washing machine up and running. It came as expected next day. Got delivery notifications throughout. Great service.

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with.

Ordered over a month ago, I receive no communication and for over 3 weeks. They keep pushing back my estimated delivery date. Customer service is awful, no way to get in contact with them properly and when I went to make a complaint the live agent gave me a false email.

Basaically a scam company

Ordered a spare part for my Beko oven. Received a different one (lower quality). Then tried to contact the company. The only available way is their online form. No answer from that. No phone number. They claim to have online form which appears only when they are not busy. Haven't seen that being available at all. Awful experience and most likely lost money as I cannot contact them at all.

Hopeless experience

I wanted to order two coffee machine filter pods. Beko charge a premium price for these (£17.16 each) in that each item is 25% the price of a brand new machine (CEP5152B). As a 'new' customer I had earlier recieved a 10% discount code for my first order. At checkout this didn't work. They also charge more for delivery for orders over £25, therefore my two small items would add a further premium despite it making no difference to handling / postage.
I put these points to their help-line. I was told I'd get the discount in the form of a refund without explaining how I should proceed. The advisor's response to the delivery charge was to direct me to their delivery information that I'd already read.
When I was typing a response, the chat was closed. This is no way to do business - they have certainly lost mine.

If I could have given a zero I would

If I could have given a 0 I would. Shocking customer service!! Ordered a replacement ceramic hob for oven cost 189.64 and item arrived with huge dent in the front. Contacted via email as no telephone or live chat. These guys don’t respond until days later and now after a week I have sent the part back only to be told 10-14 days for refund and replacement can’t be sent as I would need to place another order. I have 4 children 3 with special needs and they don’t care, just ignore emails. They will however very quickly respond to this review, shame they don’t answer emails !!! Absolutely fuming, disgusting company and please don’t bother

Spares department doesn't respond

Asked Beko for the price to replace two mounting brackets for a new hob, that got lost during installation. Was asked for a product code which I supplied twice. No answer a week later. Their phone system does not connect to the spares department, you are forced to email. Deplorably bad service, but once again buy cheap, forget any kind of service.

Awful service…

This has got to be the worst ever service from Beko Spares.
Twice we have waited in for DPD to collect faulty goods. On the third attempt I would not wait in but left instructions that the item was in, and still is in the trailer.
I get a text from DPD on the day that they would not pick up the item.
What a shambles, especially as Beko did not even ask when I was going to be in on the day arranged.
If you are reading this please contact me personally.

Order states dispatched within 10 days, 3 weeks later nothing. Contacted them to be told the end of july. I asked for a refund and got told they cant guarantee a refund due to the high number of orders each day but they sent a request to the warehouse. Very unprofessional and lies about delivery times. Does not contact the customer with up dates. No phone number, the worse company ive used. They are not worth the hassle and stress.

They have basically just stolen my money.

I think this is a scam. Ordered a washing machine glass on next day delivery on the 4th. By the 8th, with nothing delivered, I checked the tracking to discover they were no longer delivering. I contacted bekospares that day, although the autoreply came from 4ourhouse.co.uk. I've since paid £50 at the launderette, received the part from another company (fixpart.co.uk), and they still haven't contacted me, 12 days after a next day purchase. Since they are trading with the Beko logo I'll be contacting Beko directly.

Update: 25/03/2023. Still no contact or acknowledgement. Tradings Standards contacted. Beko have confirmed that they are not affiliated and are unable to assist.

Update: 31/03/2023. Still no contact. This is basically theft at this point. Utterly abhorrent. Steer clear at all costs.

Update 14/04/2023. Promised a refund 11 days ago, but still not received. We are now over 40 days since the item was initially ordered.

Update 21/04/2023. I have now been advised that the company has gone into administration and no refund will be available. It seems, however, that both versions of their website are still accepting orders. I would advise you all to avoid this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Wish I read the reviews before buying from this incompetent company. Ordered a pair of dishwasher cables & only received one. They explained it was their fault as advertised as a pair in a pack but there was only one in the pack, so they’ve repacked them all as a pair now. But they won’t send me one, I have to send back for a refund & reorder. Wouldn’t trust them to refund as so useless, why can’t they just split a packet & send one as it was their fault. Espares all the way now.
UPDATE. Had to email a few times but they did respond. They agreed it wasn’t economical to return the 1 cord so refunded me the full cost. Haven’t reordered from their site as too much hassle & not a brilliant service response

Good service

Was a bit worried by the reviews, but part delivered within 24 hours and good communication from both company and courier (DPD) throughout. It's worth checking your spam folder for the order confirmation /dispatch emails etc, as that's where mine ended up.
