Rubbish
Rubbish, asked for an email confirmation and recieved nothing. Come here and see everyone else is having the same issue. I have just bought the item so hoping it will come but I don't have much hope. Don't use this company they are unprofessional and sell you under the impression they are beko.
BEKO never again
Think you are ordering from BEKO and it transpires its another company (4ourhouse). No order confirmation, over a week and no tracking. Tried to contact by phone and no operators. On the basis of this experience I will never buy a Beko product again.

Spare part for a Beko washing machine (heater element) and the Next Day Delivery, or not...
I chose to order from bekospares.co.uk (which by the way, is NOT BEKO, but 4ourhouse.co.uk which is CDSL.co.uk) because they could get the part to me the next day, it was more expensive than other companies, but because they offered next day and the other companies didn't, I went with them.
So I ordered the spare part and paid for the next day delivery (£8.99). This was to be delivered by DPD the next day, I then got a text message on the day of delivery, to say that "due to weather disruptions my parcel was delayed". This was not the case at all (we even had two DPD vans on our estate at the same time from the same depot my parcel was apparently "stuck" in!). I desperately tried to contact 4ourhouse to resolve this issue and understand what was going on, they have shut their phone lines and only respond using a message service on their website or an email service to which they take up to 72 hours to respond (despite their website saying 48 hours). Anyway, amazingly I got a response to my email! Which said they could only offer me the cost difference between next day and normal postage (£4) but no mention of assisting with helping me find my package and what was actually going on, also i'm sorry, but £4 isn't good enough when they keep offering next day delivery on their website knowing full well they can't deliver on that, luring customers in from their competitors who do inform potential customers that they don't offer next day - because they can't. its a scummy way to win business. I've had numerous online chats with 4ourhouse and its easier to pull teeth whilst standing on a tight rope!
This is a long story, so to quickly summarise as I'm getting bored typing now, they have washed their hands of the issue and so have DPD - 4ourhouse have told me that its out for delivery and I have been told by DPD that its not and that it is jammed up in the system and they don't have an expected delivery date.
4ourhouse won't issue a refund until they receive the product back, they can even divert it back to them as it hasn't left the depot (mmmnn, despite also telling me its out for delivery???)
ULTIMATELY
PLEASE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, BUY LOCAL, SOMEWHERE YOU CAN WALK OR DRIVE TO (even if they order the part in for you, at least its not your problem when it goes wrong and at least you can actually talk to a human!)

Tue delivery (today)? Expect email re delivery? No. Chat-based service is awful - cancel and re-order; seriously? I have been wondering for last day or so if I am being subject to a scammer; that’s how good the service is at this point
Items as expected
I was slightly worried after reading the reviews here but my particular order arrived the next day and was the items I expected.
Part delivered wasn't the one ordered
Part delivered wasn't the one ordered. messaged them same day and they said they'd look into it. A month later, still no response so I contacted them again. They said they'd now checked with the warehouse and did have the part I'd ordered in stock but that I needed to get a refund and re-order. Promised to send me a refund pack. I'm still trying to get my refund 3 months later. No way I'm ordering the actual part from them.
Grossly Overpriced and Lousy Service
I ordered a part costing £22.15 including delivery, but was told there would be a delay in delivery so I could cancel the order if I preferred not to wait. I did cancel the order but the item was then delivered the next day!? Now they are charging me £2.99 to send it back.
I found the same item elsewhere for £9.95 including delivery.
Very poor experience
'Order before 9PM for next day delivery' - not true and it took 6 days to arrive.
'We'll send you an email confirming the order' - not true, confirmation never received.
'We'll send you an email confirming delivery' - not true, no notification received.
I assumed they were 'official' Beko suppliers (my fault) but they have nothing to do with them.
Prices about double what can be found elsewhere for exactly the same part - also my fault.
Take a little time to find alternatives as you will save time, money and angst.
Awful company, would advise not to use
Totally awful company and I would advise not to use.
My tale of woe (like so many other reviews on here) - I ordered a replacement PCB display panel for my dishwasher. It arrived two days later and was fitted.
Initially everything was good - the part worked, the display was fine (which was the reason for replacing the part in the first place, on the original display the numbers were worn and it was difficult to read them, making selecting programs difficult) but after a day or so the dishwasher started refusing to turn on all of the time. It would turn on intermittently - sometimes straight away, sometimes after pressing the on/off button a few times, sometimes you had to press the on/off button, walk away for 10 minutes and then come back so see it burst into life.
It had never done this before so I reported a faulty part to Bekospares. And then the fun began.
- initially they didn't seem to be able to read my email where I was stating that the part was faulty. The stock response to emails was that the part was compatible (which I already knew, as I had checked before ordering).
I replied telling them I knew the part was compatible but that I believed it was faulty. And got the same response (that it was compatible). This happened four or five times.
- then somebody actually read the email and acknowledged that the part was faulty and said I could return it, but that they wouldn't replace it.
I had to order the part again.
- I queried this as by ordering the part again I would have to pay the postage costs again and didn't see why I should have to do as the part they sent me was faulty.
I also pointed out that they charged double what the Royal Mail would charge to post the item.
- they came back and basically said tough, they wouldn't directly replace the part and I had to send the faulty one back and re-order the part and pay for postage.
- after a number of emails asking them to raise this as a complaint (which they refused to do) someone replied saying if I re-ordered the part they would refund the postage (finally, some sense).
- and then, as is my luck, when I went to re-order the part it was out of stock.
So I sent another email asking if they could tell me when the part would be in stock as I didn't want to send the faulty part back until I had received the new (hopefully working) part as my dishwasher was still usable to a point.
At this point someone replied telling me they would no loner refund the postage as I was ordering a completely different part (!!!!).
So now I have given up - I will return the part, hopefully get a refund, and will order the part from somewhere else.
Bekospares has no discernible customer service, they do not read emails and clearly do not care about resolving any issues their customers encounter.
Long story short, avoid this company like the plague.
One other thing to note, Bekospares is not affiliated with Beko in anyway (Beko confirmed this to me) - I was under the impression they were, but thats my fault for not checking beforehand.
Pump died on the weekend, order new pump, Got it FIXED!
So my BEKO - WDX8543130W Washer Dryer (2017) pump died
(Wash on, water level goes up, spins, level doesn't change, turns itself off)
Flooded my floor 2 times trying to temp fix it and failed haha
So YouTubed how to fix/ change a pump (Seemed easy) searched the part which brought here to
Beko Official Spare-Part website as seen on Beko homepage, put in my machine in "Beko WDX8543130W" and found my pump (Numbers match in person) then paused before buying just in case it was a not trusted site as Reviews on TrustPilot are not good at all.
But there's no where else I can get this part from so YOLO-ed it bought it with Next Working Day Delivery... and got it on day 2 :)

Inaccurate website
I ordered a drain hose for my Beko dishwasher. The website said "in stock" and "delivered on Monday". I placed the order.
On Monday I realise I never got an order confermation via email but my credit card shows the transaction.
I chat with an advisor: the part is NOT in stock and will be available in about 15 days!!!
They claim it depends on the manufacturer and not on them (isn't this the official Beko website? Are they blaming themselves?). When I mention that the website surely should be updated they told me the error would be rectified. Guess what, it still says "in stock" and "delivered tomorrow".
I asked the operator to open a complaint and to have a manager call me back. Besides the amazing question "What is the complaint regarding please?", I was told a manager would call within the day and, not suprisingly, that did not happen.
Update: it turns out the item WAS in stock. The part was delivered as expected! Another operator told me the stock date I was given was for the NEXT stock delivery and that the part was in stock indeed when I placed the order. Also, no refund was processed so now I have to return the item.
I call this 100% failure, NOTHING the first operator told me was true/happened.
Please do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.
Absolute waste of time beko
Absolute waste of time beko, even the ceo mrs. Arbuckle not interested, leaking now for months, 2 visit from maintenance, and guess what still leaking, save your money do not but a beko at any cost you will be sorry.
Uncontactable, useless, frustrating
Had an ‘under the counter’ fridge fitted 3 years ago. Hinge has broken - metal fatigue in the spring plate. Reported by other reviewers also. Magnet who supplied fridge not interested. Beco not answering queries on phone due to Covid!! Using Email address given in their website results in ‘domain not known’. Have filled in their web query form 3 times and have received an email response each time but when I reply to THEIR emails I get ‘domain not known’. I can see me having to buy a new fridge.
The worst of British
Great service
We needed a replacement filter for our Beko tumble dryer. Found it at a reasonable price on the Bekospares website, it came quickly and fitted perfectly. Very happy with the service.
Poor customer service
I needed a new drawer cover for a Beko freezer and couldn't see which one I needed. The website doesn't give dimensions of the parts, just thumbnail photos of the clear plastic - not very useful.
I emailed, giving model number and exact details of what I was after. The reply was so unhelpful I thought at first it must be a joke. I did eventually get a sensible reply, ordered the item and it arrived okay.
I then couldn't see how to take off the old drawer front and fit the new one so started a chat session. After waiting ages and answering all kinds of irrelevant questions, I was told to contact the manufacturer as they couldn't / wouldn't help.
All was well in the end but Beko Spares could have made it a considerably better experience if they could bring themselves to care just a little bit.

This company fraudulently took money off of my card after saying that the transaction didn't go through, it processed the transaction twice and charged me for it.
Need Beko spares, dont waste your time!
I am moving and had lost the transit bolts for my Beko washing machine so went on their web page and searched for transit bolts and was presented with a list of bolts on clicking on all of them and entering in my model number I received this message "We have not found a match for your model number in our model library"
So i called Beko around 12 different times entering different menu trees without ever talking to a real person all just referred me back to the web page to order spares!!!!!
Will never buy another Beko product again.
Edit someone suggested I call them under warranty so I did but hung up after waiting in a queue for over half an hour! I do hope the machine never breaks down.

Ordered a new fridge seal on Weds afternoon and it came Thurs morning. Had emails and texts updating me on the delivery. I'm not sure it can get any better than that. If they have the part you need, use their services!
