If only I could give it a Zero

If only I could give it a Zero! Items sent did not match the images on their website! so were of no use. Bad enough but then you have to deal with “Customer service” ….worst ever. You cannot ring them, so you email them and have to wait for a reply, they reply asking for more details which you give but your reply is “undeliverable” so you have to start again. You end up going around in circles. Have yet to receive a refund let alone an apology. ESpares is the same company so expect the same

Company wont leave you alone with…

Company wont leave you alone with problems.
Offer parts is a big and very good quality.
Little problems with web side login for return but help by chat first class.

do not use this company !!!

do not use this company !!!!
i put a order in with them the total of the order was £72.09 they took a payment of £56 odd then 20 minutes took another payment of the full order amount £72.09 the next day they took a further payment off £15 odd.

i immediately contact the company to query this and they palm me off, clearly they have made a mistake

waste of time, great if they have your part in stock

i have a beko dtgc7000w tumble dryer, we brought this last year for £239.00 odd, it seemed really good at the time, after a year of ownership and in god honest truth, we only use this thing maybe once a month if we have a build up of washing, so after 1 year 3 months, it stated over heating and cutting out mid cycle so no washing could be completed. (DRY)
we contacted beko spares and a professional to see what the problem was, turns out its the thermostat in the back that is faulty, so we contacted beko for them to say we can get a replacement off e spares as a trusted spare site as we do not stock, so we contacted them, they said they discontinued our tumble dryer not long after we brought and do not stock it or many spares, the only option was to buy a new heater element with all thermostats in place, this was also a wrong part and did not work as the wiring was not the same, we re contacted beko for them to say i quote,
unfortunately if we do not stock the part then we are unable to assist you,
since that, they are ignoring my emails and phone lines are closed, this happens time and time again due to rubbish customer service and aftercare, DO NOT BUY BEKO, there cheaply built.
go for something like Samsung or LG with there 5 and 2 year grantees. hope this helps on your purchases.

Advertised a Beko carbon brush for my…

Advertised a Beko carbon brush for my model of washing machine but it was not comparable as the cables wouldn’t reach and the plug sockets were a different shape. Their customer service were not prepared to help and even charged me to return these.

I waited over 70 minutes to speak to…

I waited over 70 minutes to speak to someone about a brand new washing machine that isn't draining. I had the misfortune to speak to Paul (apparently he is the only Paul at Beko) who was wanting to go home and told me that he would not do anything without the washing machine serial number. I explained that I didn't have it and the machine was only delivered three weeks ago so could he send someone out as I had provided him with all of the delivery info requested: model number, receipt date, delivery date, payment details. He refused to do anything without the serial number. I asked to speak with the manager and he told me that I couldn't. I repeated my request, he clicked the phone off for virtually one second then came back on and said that no, the manager did not want to speak to me because it was now after 8pm. I told him that I did not believe he had had time to speak with any manager. Paul told me that he was wanting to go home and he would do nothing then put the phone down on me. I don't suppose they record the calls. I thought that British Gas customer service was poor but they have nothing on Paul from Beko. And I still have a defunct washing machine! To be continued but please don't buy from Beko, cheap but not cheerful...

Sent completely wrong items.

Sent completely wrong items.
I ordered 3 replacement parts for a freezer drawer and paid extra for next day delivery.
They sent me what appears to be a glass coffee pot.
Customer service is near impossible to get though to, but they insist that you wait for a postage label to return the wrong goods, before they will even consider your refund.

Joke of a company!!!

I was looking for a replacement door as you cant fit a new glass to my cooker! I was transferred to 5 different people and given 3 different phone numbers. Still nothing resolved and not once did i speak to one competent person. Absolute joke of a company!!!

Useless. They keep just useless parts. Bearings etc simply dont have.
Avoid Beko as much as you can
