As always the service was excellent and the prices great value for money. I tend to use the BBB every three months and found the service and delivery charges make the cost cheaper than using the majority of companies selling the same beer here in the UK .

Large Purchase of beer for the UK
Superb range of Belgian beers - from both traditional and newer breweries. Prices are unbeatable - with the more common imports to the UK still cheaper from BBB than from the big supermarkets. I received advice and recommendations given very quickly. Delivery is remarkably fast and the costs are very fair. Given the reluctance of many EU websites to export beer to the UK, I suspect that there’s a lot of hidden work that goes on in the background to make the buying process from the UK as smooth as it is - and these efforts are very much appreciated. Could not recommend Belgian Beer Bank any higher.

Surprised it was not a scam
Made a purchase, no status update.
Clicked on delivery details, the website would redirect to the main page.
Sent a message with the contact form and got no reply but the status was changed to shipped.
At this point I was thinking the site is a scam. I checked their address on g maps and did not see a store. Did not expect my money back.
One week later the beer was at my door! success!

You should have got a email with status update from the shop and an email from our courier that the shipping label was created and an estimated delivery date. My apologies for the miscommunication from our part. We are not a store but an webshop. Our Trustpilot is 4.9/5 stars with almost 500 reviews.
