Huge success

After the purchase the new bed was put in the lounge for my little Pomeranian, enticed her in but quickly jumped out. I left it for her but after 2 weeks still would not use it. Then unfortunately she became ill and spent 5 days on a drip in the vets. I bought her home, and while I was in the kitchen went straight to the lounge and got in her new bed and it has been her favourite place to relax all of the time, she made her own choice of the best place to relax and sleep. Thank you Bella&Toby.

Poor customer service and not great quality.

I ordered a bed on the 26th August and it already has a hole where the seem stitching has come undone and the stuffing is coming out.
I contacted the customer service chat bot who suggested three different emails to contact, and each one sent an auto reply saying this is not the email for customer service, follow this link to speak to our team, however it sends you back to the chatbot. Their business chat on Instagram also provides an auto response saying this is not monitored.
Very disappointing customer service and I’m even more disappointed in the quality of the bed. After spending money on what I thought would be quality, I have to now purchase a new bed. I wish I had taken heed of some of the reviews on here before purchasing and being tempted by a half price sale!

Easy torn with dogs scratching at it.

Ordered a bed for our greyhound which came well packed. She settled well on it and it is lovely and cosy. However she does like to shuffle her bed around to get it just right, although we stopped her doing this when aware, and in the process of doing this she has torn it at the seam. Only had it for less than a week. At £60 an expensive tear so something to be aware of if your dog is prone to doing this! No fault of the company.

Good quality, the dog loves it!

I was looking for a quality bed for my new rescue lurcher. After reading the reviews of several similar beds, I was extremely impressed with the reviews of the donut beds with Bella & Toby. I used the size guide to help me with my decision. The bed arrived very quickly and was well packaged. After shaking it out and leaving it to plump overnight my dog went straight onto it, it’s the perfect size for him and absolutely loves it. It’s very well made, good quality material, well stuffed and it shakes back into shape really well after he’s been stretched across it all night!

Ordered the calming bed on August 14th

Ordered the calming bed on August 14th, was told it was 48 hr delivery, full payment taken. Contacted them for them to say I’ve made a pre-order and it is out of stock which wasn’t stated on their site and I would receive it by 10th September! Contacted them today 10th September as. They are now saying the end of September. No trust in this company at all, STAY AWAY!

So good, we ordered a second!

Good looking, super comfortable bed for my aged spaniel. He looks really happy and contented, as opposed to in his old traditional style bed. Unfortunately it has been invaded by our young dog so have now ordered a second! Exactly as described and delivered quickly. 5 🌟

Wonderful calming comfortable bed to help my son’s dog heal …

Roxy my son’s dog sadly broke its front leg in two places & has had two meal plates fitted. I decided to buy a new donut bed in a bigger size than the last one she had to help her recovery when at my house.ROXY ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT. She settled straight away in her bed & was so relaxed chilled & settled. A wonderful buy & great value

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Terrible service and I can only also add very concerning how they try to fool you by re-directing emails. Send an email to their support@ and you get a response from their sales@ saying you sent to the wrong email. I’m not stupid and I expect many give up at this stage. Beds are the cheapest of cheap. Detail says leave for 24 hrs to allow the beds to recover from being vac-packed. I could leave them a year and they’d be the same as the first minute I released them from their packing. Having sent as many emails as I have after dealing with their useless “Bot” I can only say I do not trust this company at all and don’t expect a response. Absolutely terrible so avoid

These beds are not durable.

I have 2 of the large beds for my greyhounds. They only use them at night as we have beds all over the house for the day time. So limited use.
I purchased them in April.
One of the beds has a split seam & now has stuffing spilling out.
I find this unacceptable, considering its limited usage, so I contacted the company. They have offered me a 10% refund. And a discount if I buy another bed!
I will not be buying another bed.
They are not durable. Avoid if you want a bed that lasts.

Product not as described

Product not as described - dog bed very flat and didn’t plump up as described. Impossible to contact anyone at the company. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Bonnie loves it!

Very quick delivery and our lovely whippet Bonnie wanted to get in it straight away, before it had even been able to expand. We've had it about a week now and she spends more time in her donut than on the sofas, usually choosing to snooze or chew her toys here. Great purchase, I'm going to be getting another for the bedroom!

Can’t get a refund or exchange.

Website says:
- 30 day money back guarantee - not true
- easy return - not true
- 25/7 customer service - not true

Accidentally ordered the wrong size bed. Realised my error immediately and went to the online chat. The AI response sent me to an email (support@) and I then had an auto reply that sent me back to the online chat ie around in a circle and no way to change my order (see end of this review for content)

I tried FB but no message function.

I tried using different key words in the web chat but was given a different email (sales@) but had the same email response.

I tried IG message and was sent to a web form. That has generated the same auto email response.

The bed arrived today and I have to wait 24hrs before sending a photo to my ‘assigned service rep’ (??) via emailing sales@ (which isn’t read.)

Therefore there’s no way to get a refund or excgange.

Promised 48hr Delivery… Still waiting 3 days later

Ordered two XL, expensive beds for the 2 rescues I was getting. Dogs r now here beds no where to b seen and no response from the company despite being promised 48h delivery. It’s now 3 days later and no sign of any delivery on the tracking provided and no response from this company other than the stupid limited AI responses. What a sham. I’ve had to go out and buy 2 beds. So no need now for these beds.
I’ll b seeking a full refund as they’re in breach of their contract.
Kicking myself for not reading these reviews before ordering. Only ordered because they described themselves as a British company from England. More the fool me I now very much doubt that they are.

New border collie puppy in heaven!

I've just a border collie puppy - he's the first dog I've ever owned and he's such a delight! I researched lots of websites, their products and came across the Bella & Toby calming dog bed. I felt sure this product would suit my new puppy and so I ordered the dark grey large one. It arrived on time and the email communications were really good from ordering to delivery. Well, my puppy absolutely loves his new bed!

Are they for real?

Reading other, recent reviews of this company rather shines a light on their operating practices, which appear somewhat dodgy. I had thought I’d just been unlucky, but …
I bought a small donut bed from this company for my kitten a couple of years ago or so; it took an age to arrive (long after the kitten) so I had to buy him another bed, then when it finally did appear the kitten wouldn’t even look at it … However, that wasn’t B&T’s fault, and it was reasonable quality, and I kept being bombarded by promotional emails and Facebook posts. So, when I was thinking about getting a dog car seat for my then-8-week-old puppy, I ordered one from B&T.
Well. How I wish I’d read these reviews first. I ordered it on 9 July and the money - nearly £65 - was taken from my account immediately. Delivery in 7-12 working days, it said. Several emails later - which admittedly were answered, but apparently by AI and opening with ‘Thank you for getting back to me so promptly’ (??) - the car seat still hadn’t arrived. More emails, no car seat, On 29 July I requested a refund and was rather bafflingly told to ask for this ‘once your order has arrived’. I responded that I had no faith my order actually WOULD arrive, and informed them that I would be reporting them to Trading Standards if my money hadn’t been returned by close of play the following day. By some miracle, the refund appeared in my bank account yesterday, 2 August. I proceeded to order an almost identical car seat on Amazon - for less than half the price of the enigmatic B&T one - which arrived this morning.
I shall never even consider buying anything from this company again. Over-inflated prices, rubbish customer service, made-up delivery times and unacceptable quality. Don’t go near them with the proverbial barge pole .
