My pooch loves her new bed sleeps for hours on it content

The dog bed arrived very quickly and once shaken out was immediately used by my old Jack Russell who really snuggles into it and sleeps for the majority of the day. It is very light so easy to move around and very soft. I would recommend it to other dog owners as it does seem to be very comforting for my dog.

No reply from customer services or sales apart from an automated message that directs to a page that does not exist. Very poor quality product that ripped within a couple of weeks.

Our two big dogs fell in love with these snuggly beds almost immediately. The older labcollie was a bit sceptical to start with but once he had given it a go, that was it. Out with the duvets and in with the snuggle beds. Bones and squeaky toys now hidden in the depths - it’s the best place for a dog to take a quick kip or an overnighter!! Two very happy dogs. And happy owners, as the beds are so light and easy to give a shake to. A very efficient company and an all round 100% great experience.

This company has completely ignored several emails I’ve sent regarding the bed I returned. I intended to purchase a larger bed and followed their instructions regarding returns. Sent original packing photos etc and returned the same day I received it. Sent back at the post office under proof of delivery…. Sent the proof. Signed by Sam and have been completely ignored. Is this company scamming people?

The bed is exactly the same as a cheap one I had off Amazon. I emailed Bella&Toby before purchasing to check the bed was very well made with supportive edges as I gave a large breed dog and the previous bed had gone flat very quickly. Customer services assured me of the quality so I was very disappointed when it arrived. I have tried to contact them for a refund and I’ve had no response despite me emailing them several times and sending messages via the online customer service page. I am now having to claim through PayPal.

These beds are great. The company delivers quickly and the product is perfect. Our dog just loves his cosy bed.

This company is refusing to reply to request to return my item.

From ordering to delivery everything worked efficiently

Great customer service, when I pointed out that I had paid for 24 hour delivery and it didn't happen. They responded immediately to my query and explained that someone had accidentally put the wrong postage on. I was refunded the difference right away, and the lovely bed arrived soon after that. I found the contact via email was the best, not the chat. The bed is exactly as described, so very happy with it.

My dog loves the bed, but I always put an extra cover on top, as there isn't a removable cover. The centre is lumpy and the sides are now flat.
The strands are long and stringy not soft and fluffy as in the marketing. I'll keep it till it looks tatty or gets smelly. I air it outside and shake it regularly. I won't be buying from this site again.

Absolutely superb customer service and goods. My friend who is not able to order goods on line, was with me when I ordered her dog bed.

She failed to notice the one listed was grey, so when it arrived wanted black. All we had to do was pay a very modest £2.99 for shipping and the black one was sent.

This was a present for my niece’s dog in their new house. Her dog has always just slept on sofa’s and beds and because this will have nice new furniture I decided to try your dog bed and towel/dressing gown.
It’s a wonderful size bed and so comfortable that she slept on it the whole night. My niece is so pleased with it she is going to buy another one for downstairs. The towels are so good quality and work so well. I don’t think her or I will be buying from anywhere else. And I would be happy to try the cover for car and sofa. Well done you for coming up with such a good product.

This is a scam- £59 is a lot to lose in this day and age. Not happy

I recently bought a large bed for my Galgo (Joe) He was very suspicious of this large fluffy arrival. But, after around Two weeks he decided to give it a go and loved it.
It is very good quality the base is nice and thick, it looks very cosy.
Highly recommend.

I had two cairn terriers- Bunty , 13.5 years and Esme, 10months. Bunty died suddenly 3 weeks ago and Esme became very insecure. I ordered a calming bed for Esme to calm her and help her to settle at night. Although she’s still missing Bunty the calming bed is slowly but surely starting to work. She’s a much happier little girl and slowly coming to terms with life without her big sister. I have a photo of her if you would like it. Jan Rose

I was given a Bella and Toby bed for my English Setter, Baldric. He loved it, but so did my cat, Dory, and poor Baldric wasn’t able to use his bed as Dory is quite a scary cat! I decided to order a Bella and Toby bed for Dory. The website was easy to find, use and my order was placed without any trouble. I then had emails informing me when my order was processed and out for delivery. The bed arrived less and a week after ordering and both Dory and Baldric have been sleeping peacefully since, either in their own beds or each others!
