The service was fine but the shoes themselves had clearly been in the box fir a long time theyve contracted and I'm having the wear them in. My other Ruby shoos were wearable from the moment they arrived, these ones are not, I bought them specifically because I needed a smart pair of comfortable shoes these are anything but. I think if you're selling old stock that has sat in the box for a long time you should say somewhere to warn customers not just sell them as new

That my shoes and handbag were in stock. They arrived really quickly. They were perfect, the colour and material are great and the fit is amazing.

Items exactly as viewed, only issue was Royal Mail tracker was useless, even when delivered almost a week after ordered, still saying it would only be updated when they tried to deliver it

From order to delivery very swift service. Lovely sandals and bag and I know Ruby shoes are like slippers. So expect them to be comfy.

Royal Mail once again lets companies down with very slow delivery - it took 7 days to arrive despite the 48hr signed for label.

Delivery came quickly, well packaged, signed for delivery and very good quality item.

I paid for shoes and matching handbag and purse. the shoes were not a true size 5, with one being smaller than the other. I asked for pre-paid label to return so that I could get a refund as goods are faulty. Email said they don't do refunds, but would issue a credit note. So the only way I can get my return postage for faulty goods provided, is to spend more money with them - what a rip off

Arrived promptly and exactly as described. Only drawback was the lack of information in progress of delivery but definitely arrived on time. Just had to trust!
