The boots that I ordered arrived the next day in beautiful packaging. They were obviously packed with care. The boots themselves are gorgeous and of a high quality.

Excellent customer service and lovely shoes
Debs offered excellent customer service follow ups. I ordered teal style shoes with lace detail on the side and a flower at the tip. I got lots of compliments at the wedding about my shoes! Thank you Belledivino

Quick resolution
Ive bought feom here a few times. I had a problem with a bag that had a fault. I sent it back and they sent a replacement quickly, no quibble. The integrity of a business is often demonstrated by how mistakes are put right and I was impressed. Would buy again.

Found what I was looking for at a great price. The goods arrived promptly and I’m really happy with them but 1 pair of shoes was too small - I emailed the store re this and they got straight back to me with exchange details. I would definitely shop here again - they’ve some really lovely things
