I placed an order at the end of August and still haven't received it. I tried contacting them multiple times, they ignored all my emails. No updates on anything, Belle Poque basically robbed me so now I will have to file a dispute with my bank.
Horrible customer service, don't shop here unless you want to get robbed

While the quality of the clothing is very good, I have only received 2 of the 3 items I ordered over a month ago. You should choose a different carrier.

The fit is perfect, product is exactly as advertised and arrived quickly. I am very impressed with the quality and service received.

Interesting I’m asked for a review and I’ve never received what I ordered. I seem to be getting “fake” shipping notices. Will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

My dress arrived super fast and fit perfectly!! 🤩

Unfortunately after waiting a few weeks for my order l emailed them and they stated there are long delays and they wanted me to change the size and colour of several of my purchases. I stated that l wished to get a refund as they didn't have the product l paid for. I promptly received a refund. And l mean within an hour. This was going to be a negative review but due to their prompt replies and refund they turned it around. Hope to purchase from them again in the future.

I absolutely adore my dress! A beautiful pattern and while I do have to get the dress adjusted slightly, it's just perfect.

I made an order and when it showed the confirmation page, it had a different address than what I put in, so I immediately emailed you guys, since you have no phone number, asking to change my delivery address to match my billing address. Unsurprisingly, you guys took almost 2 days to answer and told me it couldn't be changed because it had already been delivered. Now my precious expensive top is going to my old address like 1 hour's drive away from me and I bet those people won't send it back. They'll just steal it. I am sure you won't offer a refund, but this is unacceptable that you don't even offer a way for people like me to edit their delivery address. Thank you for listening and I will not be shopping here ever again. There are plenty of 50-60's style places with similar pricing that actually communicate with their customers properly, and most of them even have a way to change the address or cancel the order and redo it, like Amazon. Please think of getting a more immediate help-line, because no one should have to waste $40-$60 on product they'll never receive.

Ordered April 30, slow response to emails, took a long time to get the order done and sent (it was shipped May 27), and It still hasnt arrived, it hasnt moved since June 9.
I even got a response deleted on the fb page, so people couldnt see that i havnt received My order yet.
I even got an e-mail response, that clearly wasnt for me, its an update on someone elses order.

Sooo... Its really hard to make this review positive 😥

After i made this review, the package has moved, as far as I understand, it should finally have reached My country.

The clothing was beautiful and of great quality. I have found my new go-to source for clothing!

From what I’m seeing on the Reviews
The Customers from the US are the ones not getting replies and waiting weeks for their purchase.
The other Countries seem to have no issues. Why is this ?
