Rachel was very informative during advisement, and checked in on our progress regularly, which was a nice touch. Our purchase ended up taking longer than expected, but Rachel was more than happy to readvise us on new mortgage products when the time came.

I contacted Daniel Bell when recommended by a financial planner. I have needed to go back to Daniel several times during my divorce, looking for advice on mortgage lending and mortgage protection for different scenarios. He is understanding of divorce cases and sympathetic too. I found him extremely helpful, from the moment I sent my first message, and would say he went above and beyond what was needed. He is very knowledgeable, a very quick thinker and clever with the solutions he finds - and explains in a way that is easy to understand. I contacted Daniel for a Mortgage Capacity Report during a bitter divorce court battle for my old, vulnerable dad where the other party practically wanted my dad to be made homeless by forcing him to sell the house he’s lived in for 40 years. As a first-time homebuyer, navigating the world of mortgages was initially a daunting task for us. Thankfully, we had the pleasure of working with Liberty, Molly and the team, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide through the process!
