I ordered a pram got it delivered no…

I ordered a pram got it delivered no problem I used the carry cot part for 8 weeks my little lad was ready to be sitting looking round so I tried to use the other part the straps have snapped off (I have a video of proof!!) I’ve been ignored for over 3 weeks on this!! They got back to me today saying the straps are fine and it’s the bar that is missing!! The strap has full on came apart from the pram!!!! 😳😳😳😳! I paid a lot of money to be told it’s just a bar missing!!!! When in the video you can see the strap is not attached to the pram itself!! Fuming! I’ve had to go out and buy a new pram for his safety!!! They clearly don’t care about a child’s safety!

Fraud! Avoid!

I have ordered stroller 22nd of June. Today is 20th of July and there is no sign of order. Moreover, as a lot of customers mentioned below, customer service is the worst they have ever experienced. Promised deliver time was 12 working days. After contacting customer service, you will be completely ignored. I asked them to cancel my order million times, they replied me with some nonsense that stroller will be deliver soon. Don't even try to call them, they never answer. I contacted payment services to get my money back. My baby is due very soon, but they do not care about that. They do not care that I can be left without stroller and money.
When you pay that amount of money for stroller, you expect exceptional service, in this case you are just robbed.

Just avoid this company

Ordered an item, it didn't turn up and the tracking number provided didn't work. Customer service didn't respond to any of my emails. Eventually managed to get a refund through PayPal. Never heard anything from Bello Babies throughout the process.

Avoid this company, I'm amazed they're still in business operating in this manner. I can only assume all the five star reviews are fake as my experience didn't even warrant one star.

Beautiful pram but a new screw set is…

Beautiful pram but a new screw set is required for my front pram wheel & despite emailing / WhatsApp & Facebook messages no replacement set has yet been received. In fact much of the time messages are just ignored. The customer service does not equate to the quality of the pram. Therefore I would not recommend as they are impossible to contact if you do have a issue.

Awful pram

Awful prams. Avoid completely
Just started using it with my baby and the wheels keep shaking like crazy to the point where I can't even push the pram. Paid £800 expecting a high quality pram not this cheap useless rubbish.
Just contacted someone about it and Im expecting a full refund as Im now stuck at home with a baby as I have nothing to put her in to take her out.

Please do not purchase from this company, save your money. I could've purchased a way cheaper pram for a much better quality.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam, placed an order , no information of delivery, customer service is useless , agree to refund and then not answered at all. Ignored messages,calls and threaten to block if not stoped calling while I was asking to enquire about the product I paid which was not dispatched

Item was dispatched after chasing through various means, Facebook, WhatsApp and emails. I was blocked on WhatsApp then had to chase with different number. I was not responded until the review. Over all very poor customer service, delay in delivery.

Just a piece of WARNING!

Brought a pram on 5th octomber. should have it till 23 october. Only a scam company. Send them a cancellation mesage. No response. Took legal action to recover my money.

As you write the answer, people can be mislead so I will provide further info.
Indeed, the delivery was refused, after all shipping process last a month and a half after my order. The initial shipping deadline was on Octomber 25th, but I received from you on NOVEMBER 21st that the order will be delivered. With no explanation or delivery status updated and lack of customer suport (not mention the rude conversation on whatsapp when you called me for being frustraded because I kept insisting to receive an answer from you - SS can be provided as request). Should have to wait 45 days for that order? No, thanks!
Ordered locally after delivery deadline expired, same product (different logo only) at half of your price and was delivered next day after order. What can I say more? Good luck!

Returned back unopened and wouldn't give me my money back

It arrived a lot later then expected, being due i was very anxious and customer service is the worse I come across. By the time it come they sent someone else's order at that point I decided I didn't want it after researching and reading reviews I knew if something went wrong with the pram they wouldn't fix it so to pay £660 it wasn't worth the risk . So to send it back its £60 non refunded then when they received it they wouldn't reply to my messages so I was £730 out of pocket and in labour.
Paypal did pay me the £660 28days later

Great item

Great item, very pleased, easy to build and good quality, sending and receiving time was as said the only issue I have was the communication when I emailed because I wasn’t provided with the information when they had said I was going to revive the item. Apart from that very pleased and recommend this company

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible, would never use again or recommend to any expectant mum. Due to a car crash I needed new car seat to complete set for second baby. After being told for over 6 week I couldnt order one seperately I finally ordered through email.
I was advised shipping was 14 business days... Then a little longer as mine was special order.... Then longer again not sure what the hold up was. I received email to say item had been shipped, only to find out the following week when I requested tracking number that it was still in the factory.
I queried again (days away from ny due date) when it would be shipped as I was getting very irate and anxious and threatening to take it further, only to be told they were cancelling my order as they did not wish to progress.
After they have messed me around for 2 months, told me numerous times of different shipping dates, I am now at the end of my pregnancy with a useless pram with no car seat after paying £749 the first time around.
I emailed chasing over 20 times and was truly appalled by the customer service and the way I was treated. They have in addition sent me a safety bar which I hadn't yet ordered and charged me £30 shipping fee when I hadn't requested it and now its for a pram I can't use!!
Absolutely appalled and will be doing everything I can to take this further.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Or you will regret it!!!

I bought a pram and reported it was faulty. They suggested to send me a part as it would be quicker that them sending a new frame. 30 days later I had not received the part and my baby had arrived a few weeks ago. I kept chasing for the part as I can’t use the stroller, eventually I asked for a refund so I can buy from somewhere else, they told me I can’t get a refund. I’m stuck with a stroller I paid over £700 for that I can’t use. Terrible service, AVOID, AVOID! They are only nice when you are about to make a purchase, the aftercare is terrible. HORRIBLE!

Re your response: are you kidding me? It’s been over 3 months and you have not bothered to offer this to me throughout and now you’re responding because of the review? What a joke of a company, your customer service is terrible!

Please Avoid!🙈

Worse experience ever! I've been waiting for my pram more then a month and still didn't get it...my package is sitting in the UPS warehouse from some reason waiting for a government approval but nobody knows why??? customer service is non-existent,no answer,no help at all!
My wife is in stress already because due date is close and now we get this??? We expected to get this in 2 weeks but now looks like we need to look after another pram somewhere else!

Worst experience buying online

Worst experience buying online.
Purchased a 3 in 1 pram from this online shop, although it says Bello Babies UK and the delivery it’s 7 to 14 days , a month and 1 week later didn’t receive my order,they refused to refund, after calling the courier using the tracking number provided, found out that my order is still in a depo in Poland.
Customer service is even worse, no phone number that they will ever answer, only communication through messenger ( email, WhatsApp not replying), and all the time delaying me saying that the order will be there by Friday, because courier is providing false information.
Had to contact my bank, opened a dispute to get my refund.

Unprofessional company

I guess the buyer's experience depends on how lucky the buyer is. I bought a Futuro 3in1 for my sister in 2020 and I received the order no problem. Pram is sturdy.

However, I ordered a pram for myself in July 2021. I never got an email notifying me on the status of my order. I tried contacting them via WhatsApp, Facebook, Email. No response! This is a company that normally responds fast when it's an issue they can handle I believe.

I got so frustrated that I messaged them giving them a week to respond or I'll have the issue handed to my lawyer.

Within 25mins, I received a reply letting me know my order has been refunded.

It dawned on me that all the time I messaged, they purposely ignored me. How unprofessional.
