Absolutely amazing estate agents very professional helpful and Kathryn and Sophie were on hand to help with any questions or problems. There marketing of the property was fast efficient and sold in a week to first viewer . Also photographs were professionally done by the amazing Aaron . Would definitely recommend them

When we decided to put our first home on the market, we had no experience of selling a house but Ben Rose estate agents made the process so easy to understand.

Catherine’s customer service was brilliant and I’m still amazed how quickly my property was advertised online from taking the photographs! Aaron did a great job and his eye for detail is amazing. Our house sold within 5 days of the advert going live, so thanks to everyone in the office involved in organising this.

As we’d never sold a house before, we were unsure how the process would go when we started to receive offers, however Catherine talked us through our best options and really took care of our interests and personal situation. Definitely recommend.

A week ago I ring two times to Ben Rose agency to arrange viewings for the 2 bedroom bungalow on Kellet avenue Leyland I am really want to buy this bungalow. They two times promising me to ring back. And nobody ring me back. And bungalow still for sale. Think 20 times before you advertise your house for sale with them.

Ben Rose were recommended to me but I haven’t been entirely satisfied with the service.
I feel , aside from the excellent photos , there has been very little support or feedback from the staff. I can go weeks without a call and have often felt patronised by the office staff.

Really disappointed with customer service.
I would not recommend them at all.

The staff were very helpful every step of the way, especially Tammy who helped us with our onward purchase. Thankyou all for your hard work. From first meeting the sales team we new Ben Rose was the agents we wanted to rent our property for us. They gave us some good advise on what we should do prior to letting and they took over from there. We took the full package for them to look after it for us and all has worked very well.

Carolyn came and Valued our Bungalow, and it was sold in 24 hours at that valuation. Ben Rose is a family run estate agents and therefore they give there all when selling your property. The Staff are really helpful and the whole process is carried out in a friendly but professional atmosphere.
