We are a commercial fit-out company and have had an excellent experience working with Benco Design Structural Engineers on one of our recent projects.

From the outset, Ben was extremely proactive, responsive and collaborative. He took the time to understand the project requirements, worked closely with myself to develop practical solutions, and were always willing to engage constructively.

Ben's approach was particularly valuable on a fast-moving project where coordination and timely technical input were essential. Ben was approachable, professional and solution-focused throughout, with a clear understanding of the practical requirements of construction.

All the work was completed to a high standard. They were always happy to help and advise us on the best way to do things, and any issues that came up were resolved quickly.

The only downside was that the project took longer than expected, although I also want to be fair and mention that some of the delays were on our side as well, particularly with materials.

I would have loved to attach some photos of the finished work, but unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be an option to add them to the review.

I sincerely recommend this team and would definitely use Benco Design again for any future work.

Had to get our bay window re-built and some extra issue with some settlement. As a complete novice in these things, Ben and his team guided us through the project and were extremely proactive in getting all sorted for us.

What a great organisation from start to end, the survey was completed and work started the following week for the removal of a non load bearing internal wall, door removal and plaster work. The team doing the work were great, they kept us informed on their activities and timescales, works were completed by the agreed original date. We will certainly use Benco for any other structural type works, thank guys, we love the extra space you have given us
