I would like to give 10/10 for excellent service I had received from Nick when I was looking for someone to give me some crucial information on my building and the works need to proceed further.

I would highly recommend the company who has team members like Nick who believes in providing exceptional advise and going the extra mile in supporting their customers. throughout the process of reconstructing my property without any hesitation; the engineer (Nick) was ready to help me and my contractors over the phone.

So I will definitely be using them again :)

Benco provided an efficient, timely, well-explained and very reasonably priced package of structural engineering solutions for our kitchen extension build. In particular, when an urgent problem arose with the build, Benco had a solution with us in 48 hours. Everything fully approved by building control, and everything fully understood by the builders. A really impressive and great service. My wife and I are very grateful as Benco made all of this process stress free for us.

We used Ben for our new loft dormer conversion. He was very professional with great communication. Helpful throughout the project providing solutions to any problems. I will be using ben again for any future projects.

I work for Executive Windows & Construction and regularly use & recommend Ben for structural calculations. He's also gotten us out of tricky situations fast- including a concrete raft calc which building control suddenly sprung upon us..!

We needed a structural report from a structural engineer and contacted Benco Design Build Ltd. We talked to Ben and he was very friendly and quick to give an on-site visit. He then followed up with a report which was passed straight away by the council. We were really pleased with his service and he's very easy to contact.

Structural analysis done for house alterations. Very professional people. Michael did the site visit on a Saturday and was quick polite and helpful. Ben followed up with the analysis the week after and explained what was entailed over the phone patiently and with clear expertise. Looking forward to having them advise us later when the work begins!
