Incredibly poor. Ordered in October and still haven't received my order. Claimed through my bank for a refund but she has contested. Has anyone else not received their order from 5 months ago? I have emailed and messaged multiple times and have subsequently been blocked.

placed at least 4 other orders from her with no problems, jewellery great and lasts after years of daily wear, however this time i ordered again around the time she announced she was closing down, got no response about delivery or status of the order, now almost 3 months later still nothing, fortunately i was able to dispute with my card company and get a refund, such a shame as i have always had exceptional service from her before as a semi regular customer

thought to order some earrings as she’s closing down her business and the earrings looked cute w some good deals but unfortunately I hadn’t received it and I ordered at the end of December
It’s a shame bc her earrings are nice, other people have had the same issue, can see why the business is closing down.

Made an order on the 16th of december and it still hasn't arrived, ive emailed and mssged her and i still get no response its such a disappointment and would not recommend buying from here they were right to close their shop down because they just be out here scamming ppl.

After not receiving my order since October. I contacted my bank about the issue, they then contacted this business seller who decided to send fake photos of Royal Mail delivery and pretended that messages between her and a previous customer were between me and her. This is disgusting

Have previously ordered from this company in which that order also took 2 months to arrive! Seeing as the account was much more active than previously I thought perhaps they’d be faster at delivery but I also ordered in October like the previous reviews and have yet to receive my order. I contacted across all the platforms she’s active on - even commenting on her multiple tiktoks, only to be blocked. After this constant silence and being blocked, I opened a dispute with my bank which I had hoped not to do but being active on social media and not responding to customers shows you only really care about the clout 🤷‍♀️ Don’t fall for her “closing down” sales - you’ll probably not even receive your order. The jewellery is lovely but not worth the headache.

Ordered in October, still nothing in November even though I got a dispatch notification, contacted the shop on socials and she doesnt reply, doesnt even read them.

No wonder they are closing end of the year, she doesnt post anything doesnt reply but continues to post and tell people to purchase, scammer

Since I placed my order on the 22nd of September (with only one pair of earrings), I had to start a case with my banking app in order to get my money back.
I sent Emails and messages to her social media platforms and had no responses. The seller remained active her personal and business Instagram pages during the whole ordeal.
I even offered to visit her store, or pick it up from another address since I am so local, but no response.
I would not recommend anyone to make a purchase with the hopes it will turn up eventually.
My purchase was ordered a month before my friends birthday, and I did not have anything to give her on the day due to the lack of communication from this store.
Avoid ordering, they are closing at the end of this year anyway.

Complete scammers. Placed my order in October and it is now November and I have not received it. The order is marked as fulfilled when it very clearly is not. The communication is horrendous. After numerous Instagram messages and emails i have had no reply or even acknowledgement. I ordered £60 worth of gifts and I will need to now buy more. Absolute joke as I am a student and can't afford to. Please please do not order from this company. They are shutting down at the end of the year no doubt to escape the fact they have scammed so many people. Gutted.

Ordered multiple pairs of earrings from this small business after it was recommended by a friend who I’d always ask where she gets her beautiful jewellery from! Placed order in the middle of August, received it at the end of November. Had contacted numerous times via Instagram during this time to ask where it was up to but only got a reply once. I did begin to believe it was a scam and I’d be £60+ down but I was wrong, it turned up and is absolutely lovely and seems very well made. There is a terrible lack of communication and no customer service at all but I am writing this to reassure anyone in the same position that it will turn up eventually!

I placed an order in September, and it’s now the end of November and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve emailed and sent multiple messages with no response—just completely ignored. No refund, nothing. My hard-earned money is gone. As a student who works, I’m extremely upset, angry, and disappointed. I trusted this small business, especially since I’ve ordered from them before, but this time they’ve ignored their customers and taken their money.

Scammer. Although I received my earrings after BEGGING, spamming her instagram and practically telling her I’d drive to her store myself and get them myself or I’d report her to the police. She eventually sent them AFTER A MONTH and she also practically lied to me, claiming she already sent them out with the Royal mail almost a month ago b it I received the package update and it said it went sent out the day after she finally responded to my email so no she had no intention of sending those earrings. They r amazing quality and they have not tarnished but I DO NOT recommend buying from her cuz u will have to beg for your order after you have paid. If you’re desperate to order use pay pal or don’t. Otherwise I recommend the company “cute things comin” as they also sell cute unique earrings which I KNOW you will receive with no effort.

I am normally extremely patient with waiting for my parcel. I’ve purchased two items from Benekeelizabeth jewellery on the 21st Oct, 25 and still haven’t received my parcel( 15thNov25). As the website says, we can contact the business by Instagram DM, no response at all. And on TikTok, messages and comments on her videos would be ignored or removed if they are considered ‘negative’, eg: I haven’t received my order. Hence, there’s no other way to contact the business as also her email linked towards here website does not work. Also, it is clear that the creator/ business owner is clearly online as they keep posting videos on all social platforms regularly. Moreover, there’s website said ‘Please allow between 7-21 working days for our team to lovingly make and dispatch your items’ which is completely understandable, but they have not compromise and had not taken any action towards me, the consumer. As a student who tries to earn her money to try to treat herself, this is so extremely disappointing and sad to see how the business acted this way.

horrendous scam. abysmal customer service. didn’t read these reviews and found the brand on tiktok and ordered 3 weeks ago. multiple emails, comments, tiktok and instagram DM’s all ignored. she deletes comments and continues posting videos. absolutely do not order!!

Absolute scam unfortunately!! Placed an order end of July, chased when it hadn’t turned up a couple of weeks later, took about 2 weeks to get a reply out of them on Instagram. They said they’d send a replacement, that still hasn’t arrived 4 weeks later and still can’t get anymore response out of them of Instagram. A real shame because this definitely didn’t use to be a scam, ordered multiple times and spent a couple of hundred pounds over time a couple of years ago on a lot of pairs of earrings that I still wear today. Something has obviously gone wrong in the year or so since I’d last placed an order. Don’t order unless you want to be down on money…

Ordered a package which didn’t come, was stuck waiting to come into royal mail more week maybe months, customer service was awful and eventually didn’t respond at all, spent €50 and never got it back, as a poor student 🥲.

worst webside i have ever bought something on, i ordered some earings over a year ago, but everytime i wrote to them they said it was on the way. I never got my order. This is the biggest scam.

I really love the products however there is serious issues with deliveries. I ordered a first time a year ago a few months before the summer hoping to have my earrings ready for the summer but I received them in September… I agree it was international shipment (uk to France) but it is still very long. Like I said I liked the products so I ordered again mid march this time national shipment from the uk to the uk. It has been two months now and I am still missing a part of my order (not even a made to order item) it really discourages to order again. On top of that I have send emails to ask for updates and rarely got replies, if I had a working email at all because some of the email on their website are not working. Overall you see the new collection it’s cute and you want it, well be ready to have it for the summer the year after your order…

Wish I could give a 0 as it’s a scam site and never received order but took money quickly. Multiple emails sent and never had any response.

Complete scam, they haven't delivered my necklace and despite emailing all their emails over the past 3 weeks, they have not responded and have now started rejecting my emails. Will be contacting my bank for cashback.
