Customer service could be better..
Saw Beneke Jewellery advertised on instagram. It had some beautiful bits of jewellery online. I decided to order some earrings. Due to staff shortages it took me just under a month to receive my item (which shouldn’t normally take more than a few days). My main issue with the company is the lack of communication. Again, I appreciate they’re short staffed, however I received no updates or communication on this at all (until I messaged them to complain). I messaged multiple times and only ever got one response to tell me they were short staffed. Now that the earrings have arrived, I can say that they are very pretty, just be warned that it may take you a while to receive your item.
