DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Taken money for a necklace and despite numerous emails they haven’t reponded. Tried emailing again tonight and my emails are now being rejected so going to be contacting trading standards

Brought some earrings, well quite a few pairs the quality is rubbish turn ears green and the ear cuffs snap which is a shame as the designs are lovely. Comments also get deleted from instagram/tiktok and your account gets blocked which is rather shocking. Thankful for trust pilot. Brought them ages ago but haven't been able to review and then thought ah trust pilot son here I am!!!

Wow, if I could give no stars I would. They delete my Instagram comments and I haven’t received my order. I placed a large order and have now disputed with my bank. It’s a scam. Do not order!!

Ordered my earrings for my sister for Christmas on the 14th November! She hasn’t replied to any of my messages she said her postal services are ‘super busy’ but I’m not convinced. I would DEFINITELY not recommend. If I could give a zero star review I would!

I bought some gold hoops off this website and they went green and made my ears swollen like a chemical reaction. They said they were going to send a new pair and never did. Have bought before and never had a problem till now.

This company is highly untrustworthy. I placed an order months ago, and after claiming it was lost in the mail, they said they would send a replacement—but it never arrived. They blamed me, stating I provided an incorrect address, even though the address was correct. Now they claim they've sent yet another replacement, but tracking information has shown for over a week that the item hasn't even been dispatched. I'm left with no choice but to file a chargeback with my bank. This website should be taken down to protect others from being scammed.

Beautiful, good quality jewellery at a reasonable price.
My package was lost in the mail, and customer service on Instagram were very helpful and had a replacement sent to me within a few days.
I did email a few times with no reply before trying instagram, where I got a very fast response, so anyone having issues should try there!

Awful customer service. Lied to me about when my package shipped then proceeded to tell me that sorry it’s been “a little manic” since my shop opened?? I bought my package way before. Never responds to messages. This has been through May 20 till today

My items have been in transit for over 2 months and are now apparently delivered at the wrong address. Customer service is very slow at responding to my multiple emails and Instagram DM’s. Extremely frustrated. Do better.

Unfortunately, I’m still waiting for my order that was placed on the 12th of June. Not been sent a tracking number yet, and still waiting a reply from their customer service team from 4 days ago.

Will be opening a claim with PayPal as it’s looking more & more like scam - would recommend you avoid!

Shame really, as the designs are so cute and they seem really active on social media. It’s so strange they have 0 customer support, or order updates?

I ordered two pairs of gorgeous earring on the 22nd of April after seeing them advertised on tiktok.
However I have only received them today after waiting for 7 weeks.
I messaged them on tiktok, instagram and email but only received 1 reply out of all of them.
Products are nice but customer service is very poor

I ordered a few earrings and I never heard back again. I tried reaching out by email a few times and I never got a response. Even my dm through instagram was ignored.
Its really sad, because I really wanted the earrings. I will not order there again.

Ordered a pair of earrings months ago, the tracking details were updated to dispatched after a couple weeks (which basically only means the label has been made and Royal Mail is waiting for the item). I have emailed, DMed and commented on their TikTok asking for an update. My emails and attempts at contact were ignored and my comment was deleted. I suppose they don’t want people knowing that they are just taking peoples money. They seem to have time to post on their stories and timeline but not to reply to customers. I will be contacting my bank if I don’t through get them in the next couple weeks. Really poor customer service and not worth the loss on money, as at this point I don’t expect I’ll ever get them.
At this point I might make the hours drive to their shop to try and get through to them.
Try and find something similar on etsy I’m sure you’ll have a better time.

Honestly not worth the hassle. Placed an order a month ago for 2 earrings, took ages to arrive, they lost my tracking details, and when it did arrive one of the earrings was the wrong pair! I’ve emailed and DMed them many times since but have received nothing back. Save your time and money.

It’s a shame that their customer service lets down their beautiful jewellery. I have ordered a few times from them as I love their earrings but this will be the last as I’ve been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for them to ship my order (which was showing as in stock) despite chasing a couple of times I’ve heard nothing.

The earrings are so pretty and they came in a week!! They also put in little fake flower petal things and a thank you card it was so cute 😭😭💝

This one of the worst experience I ever had related to any shipping. More than two weeks ago I ordered a pair of earrings. The tracking details wasn’t updated until those two weeks. I’ve send a few emails to know where the earrings are and I got no answer until she send me an email asking If I want to turn them back; she did not wait for my answer and just updated the tracking details. Until today I still not received anything. Since this Monday basically I keep telling to her that I do not want the earrings anymore and I just want a refund. It’s Friday and I still did not received anything. And in her opinion they cannot make a refund now, but U keep telling you for days that I don’t want them anymore. They did not had the item updated because is not restocked; If something like that happens I think the best It’s to put earrings unavailable. Worst page I ever buy. Now I don’t want the earrings. I do not want to keep waiting and I don’t want to buy anything else in this page no more. I am disgusted literally to keep waiting, about the lies and about I keep saying since the beginning of this week that I don’t want them. SHE REFUSED to hear me and proceed with me process even though she knows I have been waiting for ages and I don’t want them anymore.

Reading other people's reviews, I also went through the same thing, I ordered my parcel 27th May and only just received it today which has been 2 months. I was worried I got scammed as I couldn't find reviews elsewhere. I tried contacting them on email and would receive no response so I Dmed them on insta and then they blocked me! I thought they deleted the account which is why I thought I got scammed so I texted on tik tok and they told be about the staff shortages which I completely understand but I wish they just told me that earlier so I would be reassured and then they blocked me on tik tok! I found this really unfair and not okay so I'm not sure if I would order again as 2 months was too long w also being blocked. But I received the jewellery and I do admit they have lovely pieces, really intricate and beautiful but I wish they improve on their communication.

I placed an order in May and I still haven't received it (now mid July). 2 of my items were pre-orders so I knew I would have to wait a while but its been nearly 3 months and nothing... I messaged them on Instagram TWICE and the BLOCKED ME. My partner also left a comment on their page to say they block people and they blocked him too... so childish for a company. I will also report them to Shopify as well, I doubt Shopify will want to work with a childish sketchy company. Do not buy from them they cannot be trusted.
