Horrible palce.
New dentist who is got no idea what he is doing. Was wondering how he became a dentist.

The communication is outrageous. I had been going to the dental practice for a long while until they referred me to another dentist in Bletchley for advanced treatment. It’s been less than a year since I’ve been going to this new dentist they referred me to, but recently I was told that I should refer back to Beanhill in order for them to remove one of my tooths so I did. However, when I went back I was told that I had been deregistered and informed that this happens when you haven’t been for a check up in two years, meanwhile I had been continuously going up until November last year where they referred me to the new dentist. Then the receptionist, proceeded to tell me that some of the information has been lost in a cloud and that there was nothing they could do. When I asked for further information the receptionist, Laura, replied “search Google” making me feel as though I was stupid, this is really unhelpful and rude. I am appalled by the service here and will not be coming back.

I wish there was zero to give to this dental practice. Went there met a lady called Laura very rude,
No good customer service, treated me and daughter as dogs by standing up to tell us to leave with a very bad body language. And then told us she calling the police for us. Woow! Have never seen such a bad service given to a customer like this before A very bad treatment to be given to a human being. Very very disappointed.

I had a pleasant experience in Heidi’s office. She immediately established rapport with me and created an atmosphere of trust! :-) I know you might never believe me, but I had a wee cat nap as she was cleaning my teeth. No pain/ discomfort, the machines made a soothing sound too :-). Thank you Heidi for your amazing skill and establishing trust. Thank you Benhill dental practice for a wonderful ambiance.

I have found the service terrible, I visited in September 2021 and completed forms for my son and I. At the time I was told that was all I needed to do, to be registered. On calling today, I was informed that I was indirectly lying. That (1) There are no records for us both, your not registered until you have a check up. (2) there were no spaces on NHS. (3) I was patronised by the receptionist manager - Mandy, that I should try elsewhere, go back to my old dentist in a different borough. That I should not be concerned about my son teeth being crooked and seeing a dentist, when he is 2.5 in a years time. Then advised to continue to check their website if there was an opening. And completely fobbing me off by pretending to take my details again for a so called waiting list. To anyone reading this, you may consider it is factual, yes - I am aware but the tone and manner this conversation was conducted ranks the surgery very low in my opinion if you are interested. Rude#, No integrity# or Professionalism.

I've struggled with teeth grinding all my life. I sleep in a mouth guard and have lost one tooth from the grinding - shattered it.

They spoke to me about Botox for Bruxism. I was nervous but they allayed my fears and have since performed the treatment.

They only inject half the dose to start to see if further doses are required - that's a really nice safety measure and it was explained clearly and logically.

It's been great. So pleased with the results and cannot compliment, Alex and Rachael enough. Very professional and most reassuring.
