I’ve just received 6 of the Beckie dining room chairs on next day delivery and they are absolutely beautiful! Just what I was looking for to complete the room. They are such high quality and so comfortable. Plus, they are easy to wipe down after the kids make a mess! I saw similar chairs on other websites but they were much more expensive!

Delivery was on point - I was kept informed through text message and given a time slot which is always great.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Not recieved our chairs after months, they cost a small fortune. No response to emails, phone calls or live chat on their website.
Absolutely disgusting dont know how to get our money back.

Ordered months ago. No communication, don’t answer the phone or reply to emails. Raising a claim with PayPal and then legal action.

Like other reviewers we have also been left not knowing when or if we will receive our order. We placed an order in early November for two armchairs, that were shown to be in stock and delivery shown as 3-5 working days. It’s nearly the end of December and 20 phone calls (none answered) and several emails later we have not managed to get in touch for an update. We appreciate the current climate may lead to delays, but some form of professional customer service should still be given. Next stage is trying to get a refund and a chat with the small claims court. Our advice - order with care.

I ordered 6 dining room chairs from Ben Homes and whilst I didn't end up keeping them, I did note that they were very smart and good quality products. When I called them up to let them know I would like to return the goods, I was very impressed with how management handled the situation by organising a DPD collection for the very next day. I would definitely recommend this site to those for looking for good quality products at a very reasonable price, my only suggestion would be to order the fabric swatch which is available on their product pages (I had missed this option) to ensure you are confident about the colour of the item that you will receive.

Had a very minor hiccup with the delivery which was all sorted very quickly & professionally. I'm completely happy with my purchases which are well made, look wonderful, and are good value for money. All in all, top marks.

Really speedy turnaround! I looked at lots of similar products from other shops but the delivery time for some was up to five weeks. I ordered my chairs and they came within the week as stated on the website.

Ordered dining chairs & bar stools on Sunday they arrived Tuesday morning. Can’t fault the service received. The chairs are comfortable, easy to assemble ( just attach the legs) and look lovely in our kitchen. Great quality & service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
