Cannot reccomend Ben homes enough. His furniture is absolutely stunning, solid, great quality and brilliantly designed. The dining chairs are to die for, again superb quality and beautiful upholstery. Myself and my Fiancé looked around for a while before purchasing from benhomes, including looking in top oak stores in the UK. We have just purchased our furniture from him, and couldn't be happier. Customer service also gets 5* from us as they cannot do enough for you. If you're thinking of purchasing new furniture I'd strongly suggest looking at his website as they won't dissapoint!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I had been looking for chairs like the ‘Beckie’ for a while before I came across Ben Homes. I ordered 6 and I actually cannot fault the whole process. The customer service was amazing as was the delivery which I received today! I have 6 beautiful chairs to go round my dining table for Christmas dinner! Thank you so much

We have had a really bad experience with this company, which is a shame as we checked both Trust Pilot and the returns policies before purchasing.

Having ordered 6 dining chairs (3 in one colour advertised as immediate delivery) I rang up to query delivery dates. I was told that there was a mistake on the website and the chairs were sold out and would be restocked in 5 weeks. I was offered alternative items (which seemed pleasant at the time) but none of them were suitable for me. I requested a refund knowing that the website advertises a 'no quibble' policy. I was told a refund would be issued in '10 seconds'. We then received multiple emails offering alternative products, but no refund. At this point we began to worry that there was an issues.

We rang again and made it clear that we were not interested in the alternatives and again requested a refund, which was again agreed and we were told could be done easily. An email was then sent by the company confirming this refund would be issues.

2 weeks later there was still no refund. We tried ringing and emailing the company multiple times in these two weeks but got no response.

In the end I had to go through my own bank for a Charge Back from the company's bank. The company did not dispute or try to appeal this Charge Back, clearly showing them to be in the wrong. Luckily we are now fully reimbursed with the money we were owed. But this whole process has been stressful and time consuming.

I would never shop with this company again and am actively advising people against buying from the. The fact that they stopped answering the phone or emails is such poor customer service and the fact that they broke their own refund policy are things that I can't just let go as a 'one off' or 'bad day'. I would normally approach a company themselves with such a complaint but I am unable to do this as all correspondence is ignored.

Brought 4 chairs from Ben Homes and Was told they would take 6 weeks to deliver, then on the week of delivery they told us there was a delay with the manufacturer so we had to wait another 6 weeks!! They offered 2 completely random chairs has a good Will jester even though our table only sits 4.

After numerous unanswered phone calls they only way they were being responsive was on facebook chat and then they told they got the chairs but they were damaged which was completely different to there first story.

We requested a refund as we didn’t want to wait for another 6 weeks. When requested a refund they then didn’t respond to us, this obviously caused concern so we had to contact our bank to get a refund.

Service was dreadful and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Ordered 4 dining chairs and was immediately contacted by Ben Homes to inform me that they would be dispatched the same day. I received the dining chairs in less than 24 hours.

Ordered 2 grey velvet occasional chairs. They were delivered the following day and they are gorgeous, sturdy and just what we wanted. Very simple to put together. Great customer service too! Will be ordering again.

Amazing customer service, I messaged on Instagram one Saturday evening to double check the colour of some dining chairs not thinking any one would reply until monday I recieved a message back within minutes. To follow this I ordered the chairs the monday they came next day delivery I couldn't believe how fast the turn around was. They are fantastic quality and look more expensive than the cost. We are still waiting for our dining table from another company which has been shocking customer service so this really does sum it up just how efficient and great Ben homes have been. I would definitely order again.

They are a new company trying to build their reputation, but it is evident that they take pride in providing 5 star service and keep you informed 100% of the way. I would highly recommend and will be using again in the future!

Placed two seperate orders for chairs and received great service, a quality product and speedy delivery on both. The ordering system was very smooth and BH diligently kept in touch to inform us of the process. The courier provided us with a timed delivery slot and was on the mark both times. All chairs were brilliantly packaged and arrived in excellent condition (something which had been lacking with other furniture companies). The only niggle was one chair had poorly fitting legs, but this issue was immediately resolved by BH and not inconvenient enough to cost a star in my opinion.
