Ordered two dining chairs online on Sunday, received an email saying they’d be despatched Monday and sure enough, delivered promptly Tuesday morning. Received a follow up phone call to check I was happy. Brilliant customer service and lovely chairs too!

Ordered on a Monday and had a call within minutes of my order to arrange delivery. Chairs arrived the following Friday which I requested. They could’ve come the next day but I knew I wouldn’t be in. Lovely gentleman on the phone who was very friendly. He rang again on Thursday to confirm the delivery.

All arrived in time slot given and no problems at all.

What a breath of fresh air it has been to shop with Benhomes. I am a regular homeware shopper who is very keen on keeping my house stylish; I have purchased from countless companies who tend to be fairly unimpressive in their customer service. Sadly, this is how most companies seem to have gone.
Not this one; you can actually speak to a human being who knows the product. I had a couple of questions before ordering a chair to use as a boudoir stool and, for once, didn’t feel like I was putting someone out by calling!
The product, a velvet chair, is perfect and has resulted in a further purchase of 4 dining chairs in a different style for my kitchen breakfast table as I realised that these chairs do not mark my porcelain tiles.
I have sold my scratchy old ones which scraped the tiles and made it sound like a canteen. These move quite nicely even without those little felt pads you can get. At last!!
Quality wise, I’d say a lot better than high street brands while still being competitive price wise.
Excited to see if they sell a wider range of products in future as this really is a lovely brand.

I received delivery of a set of ‘Ford’ chairs for my new dining table along with 3 ‘Ada’ bar stools for my kitchen island. All in grey leather.
I found Ben Homes on a Google search and took a punt in ordering one chair first to check the quality - I am so, so happy I did!! I have been searching for a modern set of dining chairs which are comfortable, good quality and are actually grey (so many from the likes of Next etc were found to be closer to brown/purple/green in reality)
The chairs have plenty of room in the seat area, which many again don’t.
I am a regular host of dinner parties and they have already had a couple of outings with much in the way of compliments received from our groups of friends.
Friendly service with a personal follow up call after my order of a single chair, and they got here very fast!!! Cannot recommend highly enough. If you are thinking of using Ben Homes, go for it.

Ordered 4 dining chairs. We had seen similar ones in a well known high end furniture store and these were an even better version, great quality and very comfy, we love them!
The customer service and delivery scheduling was excellent, I was contacted very shortly after making the purchase to arrange delivery and benhomes were more than accomodating working round our schedule.
This company really excels itself in both quality and customer service. We have dealt with a lot of suppliers recently whilst renovating our new house and these guys come out top by a mile. Fantastic! Ben was very helpful and I received my vanguard swivel chair exactly when he said. Which by the way is a fabulous chair, comfy and hubby loves it too! Definitely recommend this company.

I cannot fault Ben Homes at all.

I had been searching for a very specific style of chair in a specific material for a long time before I came upon Ben Homes who happened to have exactly what I wanted! I was definitely going to buy them but thought it was too good to be true and will have to wait 3 months or deal with terrible customer service but I couldn't have been more wrong.

I ordered 6 chairs on Monday afternoon and sent in an enquiry with some questions and was called by Tom within 10 minutes to say the order has been received and would be delivered on Wednesday and my enquiry was answered over the phone.

True to his word, the chairs arrived by 10am Wednesday morning and took me 30 minutes to put all 6 chairs together on my own.

They look perfect in our dining room.

I will be coming back for more furniture & recommending to my friends and family.
