I recently purchased the brown Ada chairs, 3 sets!
It was the first time to purchase from this company so I was a bit anxious as to what they would look like.From the time of purchase up to delivery I have no complaints! Thomas was great each time I called regarding fixing my delivery date and discussing the colour. He actually suggested to send me the swatch so I could be certain on my purchase. He took the time to put my order on hold until I received the swatches and made a decision.
The chairs arrived on time just as I had requested and they were absolutely perfect!! From the colour to the design!! Very comfortable. Easy to maintain and wipe. Looks chic, elegante and the brown gives a warm look altogether.
I would definitely strongly suggest Benhomes to anyone who is looking for professional service and excellent quality products!

For a newly established company I was rather hesitant to order such a large purchase but I am so glad I did.
The furniture I have received is of excellent quality and right from placing my order through to receiving my delivery the customer service has been excellent and I was kept informed of every movement.
The delivery arrived in excellent condition and the delivery drivers were really helpful.
I can honestly say that if you’re looking for unique, excellent quality furniture I would highly recommend purchasing from this company.

I'll be perfectly honest, the chairs we ordered took a lot longer to arrive than we (and Benhomes) were expecting, from what I understand there was a delay in manufacturing. At first Benhomes kept me up to date to say they would be delayed but that they would be arriving in stock a week later than expected.

After this we were let down by the delivery partner and our chairs did not turn up on the day the delivery was booked. I had to make a lot of phone calls and send a few emails before I spoke to someone and the issue was taken seriously.

It was well worth the wait, the chairs are absolutely lovely and look like they are made extremely well. The next time we need some furniture we are definitely going to be checking benhomes before anywhere else.

Chairs finally arrived. Actually they are really great as is the value for money. Bit of a delay but all ok now we got them.

This is a great company if you don’t mind waiting a bit for your items. I think there was an issue with DPD which is why they took so long but the chairs are super lovely and I can’t wait to invite some friends round for dinner this weekend!

Ordered 8 Ford Grey dining chairs - they were slightly delayed but Benhomes kept me updated throughout and now that they have arrived, i'm really happy with them. Really awesome chairs and great value for money. I would recommend them and Benhomes to anyone after quality furniture.

I had a great experience with this company. We ordered some Ford Grey dining chairs last Friday and they arrived today! Early days but the quality looks excellent and they go great with our new dining table purchased before Christmas! Will use again.

I ordered some dining chairs by livia, from Benhomes before Christmas. They contacted me to let me know of a delay, and were so lovely and apologetic but that was fine as we are not moving in till feb. But the chairs arrived today and are better than I expected.

Just received my new Scoop dining chairs. Absolutely buzzing to now see them taking pride of place in the dining room! Outstanding quality and design, we are very happy with the purchase. The delivery did take a little longer than expected but customer service were very helpful and apologetic over the phone, taking time to explain the issue. Would definitely buy again.

Ordered up mango wood cabinet. once the box was opened the unit had clearly been dropped from a height onto a corner damaging it. it also opened and split the opposite corner. doors scrape when opened etc. contacted Ben homes same day with photo. Promised to replace months ago. Never heard from them since. poor customer care.

A company of two halves. I purchases a Vanguard Swivel chair and the quality is excellent. I've only had it a few months so I can't speak to whether it will stand the test of time, but the workmanship appears of the highest quality.

Unfortunately, the customer services experience was very poor. On purchase I received a notification that they would aim to deliver within "7 working days" on 12th November. The item didn't turn up until into December - and that was following a lot of chasing and phone calls (it was a waste of time trying to contact the delivery company). I was repeatedly told the delivery company was very busy and they would get it resolved as quickly as possible, it wasn't until I threatened to withdraw my purchase that I seemed to get any traction.

Further more, they accidentally delivered 2x bases - I was so tired of dealing with them that I just shoved the spare in the garage with the intention of a tip run. Oddly, when they realised their mistake it only took a matter of days to arrange collection - rather than the weeks required for the initial delivery.

The company was polite in their interactions, and did offer a small discount on future purchases.

Overall, the products might be premium but the service is not. Unless you desperately want a specific item, I'd try elsewhere.

Ordered a Cruz Vintage black leather arm chair from Benhomes and am super happy. Price, service, delivery all on point and the quality and finish of this chair is much better than I expected for the price.

I ordered a boss mango wood wardrobe, double bed and mattress in November for my daughter's bedroom.
Ben Homes were extremely helpful prior to ordering, I telephoned a couple of times with questions before making my final decision.
They emailed me extra images and information on the products as I was to far away to visit the showroom.
Once I had placed my ordered the service was extremely efficient. I received the goods within 10 days at exactly the time arranged for delivery and the guys even put it together for me, which I was not expecting!
The bed is excellent, one of the wardrobe doors a bit sticky on the catch but no big deal, the mattress is firm but comfortable, my daughter is delighted and for me it was a pleasure to do business with a comany that seemed to genuinely care.
