I ordered the vanguard vintage swivel chair and the detail of finish is second to none I’m so pleased with it! Everyone that comes round loves it. Need to find space for a second one...

Would highly recommend on product quality and service

The service we received from BenHomes was fantastic, and the 6 Ford dining chairs we purchased are of a much higher quality than we expected considering what we paid. We ordered them because they looked great in the photos advertised, but they are so, so, so much nicer in real life. They are good solid chairs and very, very comfortable.

I ordered a mango wardrobe which comes in two parts, the main cabinet and the base. Firstly, they claim on their website they will deliver to your room of choice. This did not happen, as it was delivered by one man, meaning he didn’t have the means to take it upstairs so he wasn’t even prepared to take it to my room of choice. I’m not saying this is completely BenHomes’ fault, but it shouldn’t be stated on the website if it isn’t true. Luckily I had someone able to help me take it upstairs myself but I do wonder how someone without the means to lift an extremely heavy piece of furniture upstairs would do so.

Secondly, the wardrobe was delivered to me actually missing parts. The brackets that attach the two parts had to be sent out to me seperately, and it was recommenced I fit them myself, as I believe the term they used to describe someone coming out to do them would prove ‘costly’. After a phone call, I was assured the brackets would be sent out that day and I would receive them the following week. 10 days later I phoned again, and it was fairly obvious they had been forgotten but it was claimed they were sent out a few days later. I eventually received them 2 weeks after my initial call. They arrived without any kind of instructions, so I’ve no idea where on the wardrobe they are actually supposed to fit!

By way of apology they offered me deals on any other furniture I may be interested in, but in my eyes this was no consolation at all. Surely you can’t apologise by offering something that you would also be benefitting from?

Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be using again.

Really, really happy with our coffee table. The quality of the wood is outstanding. After years of cheap Ikea tables we paid a bit more for an upgrade. Worth every penny. They were totally upfront about delivery time and it arrived when they said it would. One happy customer right here.

Just received my new Livia dining chairs and I am totally in love with them. They are really good quality and so comfy. I had an issue with the delivery of the chairs as they were so late in arriving and they couldn't get them delivered to me for the day I needed them but if you are not restricted to a timescale to receive your chairs then I would highly recommend Benhomes.
Also the chairs were delivered fully assembled so there was no need to put anything together

We ordered 8 grey Livia dining chairs from Benhomes. Whilst we experienced a lengthy delay in receiving our items, Benhomes worked to resolve this. The product is great and we are very happy to have the chairs in our home.

Recently took delivery of six dining chairs and couldn’t fault the service and product from start to finish. The chairs are of the highest quality and very reasonably priced compared to the market. The service was first class - from arranging delivery to after care phone call to ensure we were happy.

We shall be ordering some bar stools from them as soon as they arrive in stock!

Very good quality and service, our lounge is not the same anymore. I also like the follow up and regular updates. The only reason I am not going for 5 star is that I feel it was slightly expensive but still no compromise on quality, will use again.

I cannot express how wonderful my experience has been. I bought the boss mango light bed, tall boy and bedside table. The craftsmanship is stunning, solid and I love the story behind mango wood and why using it is much better for The environment in our throw away society. Tom and Jamie went over and beyond getting this to me, their customer service was impeccable and the product is just beautiful. I can’t wait to show it off to my first guests! I’m sad to see there’s a couple of bad reviews on here, the day I received my furniture, the poor chaps were working with a broken phone (broken whilst out delivering!) They personally delivered the units to me. These guys are a small independent company making their mark out there in a very competitive industry when a bad review can be very damaging .... these chaps deserve some great words so so happy, a thousand thank you’s!

Extremely pleased with the quality and appearance of the smal TV cabinet in the Nero range. Delivery on time. The company offers good quality furniture with very reasonable discounts. I would certainly recommend it to my friends.

I placed an order over a month ago ago and still hadn't received it. I have had one conversation with someone regarding my order and they confirmed it would be delivered this weekend. The company is hard to get hold of and doesn't respond to their calls. I tried to email and also Facebook chat with the company. They read your message and do not respond. As there was no confirmation on an order for over 2 weeks or an order confirmation email, I asked for a refund.
This was refunded and I am now being called and messaged 7 times a day to take off my review.
I want to let others know that if you order your items they will be delayed in being delivered and you will get no responses for days. Pushy company which are now harassing me.

The products look refined and stunning naturally, very beatiful design for the house. Highly recommended.
