My son and is mate got stopped by police 3 times in one night
Searched for no apparent reason
Then got stopped again next night
My son said to the police this is 4 times now and the police just laughed
Very intimidated by the police
Strip is very dangerous place
Won’t be going again

Had a great time going with Jet2 to Hotel Presidente in Benidorm fir my birthday in February weather a bit chilly but the hotel and the staff were brilliant.
The food was excellent and plenty of it.
Can't wait to go back.

Where do you even start with the absolute masterpiece that is Benidorm? This place doesn’t just have nightlife — it has day-life. Karaoke at 11am? Of course. Why wait until evening when you can belt out Sweet Caroline before lunch?
The streets are packed with characters you couldn’t invent if you tried — Elvis ordering a full English, someone dressed as a banana singing penny arcade, and three girls wearing traffic cone outfits drinking a pint of sangria. Fancy dress here isn’t for Halloween — it’s apparently daily formal wear.
Entertainment? Endless. Tribute acts everywhere you turn, comical hypnosis shows that leave Dave from Doncaster convinced he’s Roy Orbison, and yes — even the legendary “things you can’t quite believe you’re watching but somehow are” performances that only Benidorm could deliver.
The booze is cheaper than bottled water back home, the sun shows up every single day like it’s on the payroll, and the atmosphere is basically one long, happy, slightly chaotic party.
And if you suddenly realise at 4am that life won’t be complete without a megaphone, a fluorescent green wig, or a T-shirt saying "Go f*** yourself”, don’t worry — Benidorm has you covered. These shops remain open at hours when sensible places are selling nothing but regret and kebabs.
There’s something deeply comforting about knowing you can buy novelty sunglasses, an inflatable penis, and a sombrero before breakfast without anyone questioning your life choices. In Benidorm, this is simply called shopping locally.
It’s loud, it’s unapologetic, it’s ridiculous — and that’s exactly why it’s brilliant.
Honestly, how could anyone not love this place?

Too far from front staff didn't speak much English
Food was disgusting only took one bite on first day didn't go back to having had to go out for breakfast even though I paid for it to be included .. won't go back again atleast the holiday was good apart from accommodation

Booked a month at the gregorio apartments benidorm when I realised 3 days later It was on a steep hill but the picture was misleading and made it look like it was very close to the beach. I have health problems so hills are definitely not good. So I requested a refund. The company have refused say they will take 50% of the stay .I've also looked at the reviews. That say thers no heating. The place is dirty and cold. And lots of people haven't had deposits returned

Best holiday something for everyone food exceptional la pinta beach bar food excellent Rays 1/2 excellent food no matter where you go most welcoming and good service can’t fault it would go back tomorrow.

Lovely holiday experience at the Gala Placidina Hotel Benidorm.
This is a lovely hotel very friendly great value for money foods lovely and I have had a very nice stay with my granddaughter during the school holidays.
Staff are very welcoming helpful and kind. Anything we asked for was made available.
This was a budget holiday so if your looking for a 5 star go elsewhere and pay several thousand pounds more. I am very happy with what I spent the room cleanliness was spot on couldn't be faulted clean towels every day and anything we needed.

Rossamar hotel Benidorm if you’re booked at this hotel please make sure you don’t leave any valuables lying around in your room lock them in safe just returned from from holiday there and stay was spoiled by theft from room manager never contacted us after we reported to reception they had three days to speak to us they won’t even reply to emails, beware

We stayed near the old town but decided to have a stroll to the strip out of curiosity. It was an eye opener, it's dirty, smelly and should all be bulldozed! Sorry but it does appeal to a certain type of which there are plenty? The old town is completely different and has nice hotels, bars and restaurants. Many places have live music and there is a good bus service to Altea and Albir. Probably a one off visit here and it was fine for a few nights.

Horrible sleazy place...crime is rife pickpockets thieves slimeballs all waiting to con you..when you report a crime the police are so rude disinterested and unhelpful it's disgraceful...Organised gangs including bouncers in clubs looking out for the next unfortunate young person to get tipsy so they can be robbed of their belongings and have money removed from their bank...the authorities do absolutely nothing to prevent this..they would do well to remember that these tourists are helping to keep their local businesses afloat and without them unemployment would rise drastically..AVOID BENIDORM AT ALL COSTS...I'll certainly never return

Just back from Nero hotel. Wasn’t a plesent visit this time charged extra 90 euros for pool view but got a corner view which was more a street view then for 4 days room was plagued with ants. Then day before leaving was offered a new room

Went the royal arrow to see ub40 tribute at the Royal arrow,worst act I've ever seen,wasnt what I expected 2 guys were not good out of key with there instruments, don't know how they got the gig ,absolute rubbish

Just returned from The Riviera Beach hotel Benidorm. What an amazing place . Perfect in every way. Position spotless clean,, Food amazing Staff fantastic our room perfect. Iv read the poor reviews about Benidorm as a holiday resort but the only disgusting behaviour was from tourist . I feel sorry for the local's having to put up with behaviour of a few . The majority of visitors love the place lovely beach . Everywhere cleaned the following morning . Thousands of visitors can not be wrong. Visited in January this year as well. love the place.

"Absolutely dreadful experience! This hotel redefines the word 'disappointment.' From the musty smell that greets you at the entrance to the ancient, creaky elevator that threatens to give out with every ride, this place is a nightmare come true. The 'continental breakfast' was nothing more than stale pastries and watery coffee, served in a dingy dining area reminiscent of a forgotten dungeon. The rooms? Don't even get me started! Tattered curtains, lumpy mattresses, and suspicious stains on every surface. The only thing worse than the accommodations was the service – rude staff who seemed more interested in gossiping than assisting guests. Save yourself the agony and sleep in your car instead. One star is too generous for this dump." "Where do I begin? This hotel is a true horror show masquerading as accommodation. The decor is straight out of a 1970s nightmare, complete with faded wallpaper and mismatched furniture that looks like it was salvaged from a dumpster. The bathroom? Let's just say I've seen cleaner gas station restrooms. And don't even think about turning on the shower – the water pressure is so abysmal, you'd have better luck getting wet by standing outside in a light drizzle. As for amenities, forget about it. The 'pool' resembles a glorified puddle, and the gym equipment looks like it's one step away from falling apart. And good luck trying to get a decent night's sleep with the paper-thin walls that let you hear every cough, snore, and conversation from neighboring rooms. To top it all off, the Wi-Fi is slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter. Do yourself a favor and run – don't walk – away from this travesty of a hotel. Benidorm is horrible. Its dirty, filthy and full of rude people. If its not shoulder barging spaniards then its big Giro spending Brits also known as scroungers and dead legs.

I had a disappointing experience at Tommy's Karaoke Bar in Benidorm on December 8, 2023, due to the DJ's refusal to play a Karaoke track of my choice. Despite my request to sing songs by Barbara Mandrell and Hal Ketchum, the DJ claimed not to have heard of these artists and insisted on playing songs he was more familiar with.

This lack of flexibility and refusal to accommodate diverse musical preferences greatly affected my evening. The DJ's insistence on dictating the song choices based on his own knowledge left me frustrated and unsatisfied. It felt as though my enjoyment was secondary to the DJ's personal taste.

In contrast, I found a more welcoming atmosphere at Carusel Bar, where they happily played a variety of American karaoke songs, allowing me to enjoy the music I love. This experience led me to leave Tommy's Bar in search of a venue that prioritizes customer satisfaction and embraces a broader range of musical preferences.

Grand bali hotel..just got back from there n I can say I would never stay there again the food was terrible n very cold the service was appalling n the waiting staff in the restaurant were very few indeed no wifi anywhere in the hotel.the television didn't work either.sunlounger were dirty n a lot broken.complained to reception several times but nothing changed we will never go back to the Bali....on a more pleasant note we loved benidorm lots of improvements for the better since we were last there...

Hotel pueblo benidorm just got back today ,had the best time ever ,hotel,staff food all 10 out of 10 .Will be definitely going back .

Benidorm does not caterer for vegetarian, streets dirty, tourist board unhelpful. I will never return to this Spanish town, very depressing.
