I've had no phone calls with this company since my IVA got transferred over from company which were very helpful with my needs.
I'm not sure when my IVA finishes trying to over Email how long will how have to wait.
My last review I only got one piece of paper work back.
There appeared to be a gap in people skills during my recent communication, which resulted in unnecessary confusion regarding my IVA.
There is no surprise Bennett Jones have not even commented.
When is was Gregory I chose them because there helped because of my Brain Injury, so I don't understand things like everyone else. With phone calls
Bennett Jones no phone calls just calls which are you not very helpful when I understand something.
I did not ask for any of this to happen but it did.
I didn't ask to transfer to Bennett Jones but it's happened so I'm stuck with them.

Did everything for us with little effort from us. Got on with the business

Bennet Jones took over our IVA and the reason I’m giving a 3 is to be completely honest it was an easy transaction, no stress everything just continued as before.
However, it’s now been 10mths since our IVA was completed and still no completion certificate. I have sent countless emails and just been told that there is a back log or the systems haven’t been working. Aiming to be resolved in 2weeks or we will be made a priority.

We are truly getting frustrated now we never missed a payment or argued over the amount. We worked hard, tightened our budget to ensure this was paid and now we just want it all over so we can move on with our lives.

I’m truly fed up of chasing.

Bennett Jones have been extremely helpful and patient in sorting out my debt problem..they have been able to give me the peace of mind that has released me from depression and stress that I never thought possible..I can't recommend them enough.

The process was throughly explained in terminology I could understand, all options discussed. They were very transparent with fees and charges. I never felt under any pressure and I felt comfortable talking through my options . I have been assured of continued support should I need it and been provided with contacts . This company had taken over our IVA from a previous one, roughly around 18 months prior to our IVA finishing, initially it was a positive start, however when our IVA finished (8 months ago) the lack of communication started, we had to chase for confirmation that it had all finished, to which we got a reply 7-10 working days later, (as per their automated email reply), confirming it was completed, and would go to completion stage, which could take up to 6 months but they aim to have this done earlier, then again zero communication.
We then had to chase for updates again after the 6 month period passed, as yet again, no communication, only to be told they were experiencing a "technical issue" which was holding the process up but should all be done in "a few weeks".
We left it 4 weeks then yet again had to chase for further updates, only to be told that their issue had now been rectified, however there is now a back log, and they will aim to have it sorted in "a few weeks", so once again we're waiting, we have asked for an actual date, but again, as per their automated email reply, we will have to wait another 7-10 days for any kind of reply, not great customer service to say the least!

From the outset, the help, support, knowledge, care and understanding the team showed was exceptional.
I now find myself in a position where I can restart my life without the pressures I was facing through challenges and changes in my financial position.
