Great little shed. Put together very quickly and was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

we had a few issues as the interest free credit was just set up and there was teething problems. Pete was good. explained what was what.
Salesman was a little slack, especially in replying to emails .

Very easy to find a shed to suit our needs at Bentleys. Easy to order and they kept to delivery date given. They came out to check the base and then two men arrived with shed and erected it a week later. This is the second shed we have purchased from them( due to house move!) Excellent service.

Pleasant staff when purchasing a shed. Confusion when ordering a personal street sign, we never got it in the end when we were told that it cost more than double the price of a standard street sign. When the man came to assess access to, and the base for the shed he treated me like I was some dum idiot that didn't know what was going on. I am the customer spending over a thousand pounds for a shed, I expect to be treated a little better in my own home. The guys who erected the shed were more polite.

I was very impressed with the build quality of the shed. The service was also very good.

The help and service at Bentleys could not be faulted but the suppliers of the summerhouse I had ordered were awful and I ended up cancelling my order. I had to deal directly with the supplier to arrange delivery and it was stupid beyond belief - the size of the lorry, what the men would and wouldn't do etc etc. They expected me to provide a route plan excluding low bridges - havnt they heard of google maps? The delivery date kept getting later and later. It would take me up to an hour of being on hold many times before I could speak to a person. Eventually I cancelled and they were then quite abusive

Great Service and love the summer house!

The summer house was erected in a morning, looks good and is of an excellent standard. I have been using it a lot this summer. What did annoy me was that they forgot to bring a water butt and did not take it into account when they did the guttering. Consequently, when they returned the following week they put the water butt where it is very difficult to get to.

An excellent product and service

I do a lot of craft things ang wanted my own space potting shead from bentleys was just the job plenty of light and a stable door am loving my new outdoor workspace thank you.

Good quality shed but was not delivered when promised and they never return phone calls

the worst post sales experience I have ever encountered. The quality of roof covering was very poor and I ended up doing it myself after they had had two attempts. Other problems included quality of door hinges, exposed screw ends on inside of shed as they had missed the frame when screwing in, door installed out of true and manufactured too wide. Whilst frame construction was ok, the rest of the shed was well below the standard expected for a supposed quality product. Bentleys do not make these sheds; they are outsourced.
Bentleys declined to pay for the cost of me having to install the roofing felt correctly, resulting in a cost to me of £370. As I had received solicitors' letters notifying me of legal action if I failed to pay I opted to pay the balance owed as it would have cost me too much in lost pay at work to attend court.
Customer service was extremely poor and I would definitely NOT recommend this Company to anyone.

We acquired a Lugarde Gazebo thru Bentley's (to cover a Hot Tub) and it was the best thing possible we could have added to our home. It looks absolutely sensational and has added value to our property without doubt. Everyone admires the structure and we're sure friends will be purchasing from Bentley's as a result of seeing ours.
The service provided by Luke & Chris (fitters) was fabulous - being very efficient and speedy - and we were inconvenienced very little by the whole build process. Cannot recommend David highly enough (sales) - who guided us perfectly to the Gazebo we now have. Thank you to everyone at Bentley's for a first class experience. From a delighted family -

Promised dates and times were kept to. The extended base was put in very well. I love final completed potting shed.

Would recommend company, have only one quibble some of the finishings are not excellent,apart from this seems to be good value

Wanting a shed for my new allotment, I initially looked at the offerings of the local DIY and gardening centres. Not impressed by what I found I decided to have a look at what Bentley could offer - and hang the expense!
To my amazement I found that their products were FAR superior to what I had previously seen - and no more expensive to boot. The price even includes delivery and erection so, overall, probably worked out cheaper - for a much better shed.
The young lady in the sales office was very friendly and helpful - even suggesting that my original choice what probably more than I needed, and advised a cheaper option. Amazing!
Anyone needing a shed should visit Bentleys - I doubt if anywhere else can top them.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The lady who did the order was very helpful. The man who came to survey the site offered useful advice. The shed was ready in the time I was told when I ordered it and the fitters were very efficient working on one of the hottest days of the summer.

Good product but communication needs a little attention. Seems disorganised as a company.
