Shed is great. No complaints there. But the company seem too keen on chasing £ when they should actually consider their customers needs more. I won't go into details but in a nutshell we had a delivery issue that caused us a lot of issue but Bentleys seemed so unwilling to accept they were fault and had inconvenienced us and didn't seem to care that we were going away as unhappy customers. It all seemed very bizarre to me and against how pretty much all companies are trying to operate nowadays which is to respect your customer and their concerns/needs. So yes the sales department need a serious lesson in client relations. But as stated can't argue with the quality of the shed or the efficient and friendly chap that turned up to erect it. So 2 stars. I won't be buying anything from them again though as their attitude towards us and a complaint we made was poor.

Ordered a potting shed which was delivered and installed ontime and I am extremely happy with it.

Good selection of buildings, bad service when it came to installing the slabbing.

The shed I bought is great and the boys who put it up were good too. My only issue was the initial sales customer service was patchy. My initial enquiry was taken down but not followed up. On a subsequent visit a few weeks later a different sales person was on hand to provide what I needed.

The builders who laid the base and erected the shed were excellent. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and left no mess. They were also polite and friendly. Trying to get things arranged and phone calls returned by the office staff was not so easy. Messages did not appear to be passed on or they just simply waited for us to call again, which was somewhat frustrating. However we are so pleased with the end product that it was worth it overall.

Excellent service from start to finish. I brought I nice shed from them and had it erected by them. Guys came to install it all done in about an hour perfect job. Really pleased with the product.

Well made shed and looks good when stained. Being treated give better insurance against rot.

We found both the base and erection subcontractors to be excellent. Bentley's were friendly but their communications with us were confused and sporadic. We had to expedite too often

Needed a new shed and chose Bentleys as the range and quality were great. Purchased a really sturdy potting shed. Not perhaps the cheapest but can't fault the quality or the service. Staff did not pressure us when looking round and were very helpful when we decided to make our final choice. Everyone loves it and think it looks superb in the garden.

Very easy to deal with. Good price, good quality and installed very quickly and professionally. All good!

Great company where they have stock on site that you can actually view rather than buying from a picture. Good communications during the process and very happy with then end result
