I contacted Bernie regarding a leaseholder extending into the loft without permission. The service he offered was first class and he gave clear and concise advice, I now have a clear pathway forward. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Felt that the content didn’t actually tell me anything I didn’t already know. Just pointing to use services of Bernie. The case studies were good examples but there could be more info with regards to conversion and hold - than sell.
