Advice was helpful. However Bernie told us he would send additional instructions. This never came. Sent emails twice and called twice, Bernie never returned our calls and email, wasn't so supportive after-all .

Good morning, Found the leaflet informative and simple to understand. As a flat management company secretary of 30 years I was aware of most of the technical side of our lease but will find it very helpful to use with new (and some old!) leaseholders who, you know as well as I do, find the concept of leasehold difficult to grasp sometimes. regards, Rob Batty
