I rate this company as excellent as in every stage from the initial visit to discuss options and provide ideas in a way that was not pushy (as I have experienced elsewhere in the past), the promptness of updates and replies to queries was first class and always with thought to me as a customer. When it was identified that I needed piling for the foundations you organised this for me with professionalism of dealing with the sub-contractor.
The construction of the Orangery was carried out by guys on site who were always cheerful, polite, and explaining what they were going to do next.
If you are looking for a cheap conservatory/Orangery then this site is not for you but if you are looking for quality, professionalism, great customer service and a happy workforce then don't look any further as you will be left with a fantastic Orangery that you can spend many years enjoying.

We chose Bespoke Rutland to build our orangery- based not only on their first class advertising materials but after visiting their offices and seeing one of their orangeries first hand. we experienced the quality workmanship and finish- and were suitably impressed by the reassurances given about work schedule and payment plan.
The whole team involved in the process- from beginning to end - were professional, with clear communication at all levels, excellent time keeping, with an ethos of hard work and problem solving. We had only one issue regarding paint finish- and it was speedily resolved.
We are extremely happy with our orangery and glad we chose Bespoke Rutland to do the work.

Excellent workmanship and service
Bespoke have just completed an orangery build for us. Our house is Grade II listed, which added extra complexity, but the quality of workmanship and service throughout was excellent. They managed the build from start to finish and paid real care and attention at every stage. We looked at several other companies but felt that Bespoke, as a family business, were more invested in our project than others. Would definitely recommend to others.

A very well managed build of our new Orangery. Efficient with good attention to detail from quote through to construction. All workers were a pleasure to have working on our home and completed the work to a very high standard and kept the place clean and tidy as the work progressed. We are very pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend Bespoke Design Rutland.

Sadly I have had a bad experience with this business.

My conservatory has just come to a conclusion over 2 years beyond its original completion date. During this time there has been a catalogue of errors, delays and provision of poor quality materials.

On our project the initial high-quality sales pitch and stunning visual concept were not continued throughout the delivery. There were issues in design, manufacture and installation.

Many of the more serious issues only came to light because of the initial delays in completion, such as the use of MDF on the exterior of my African Hardwood Conservatory and the main beam that did not meet safety standards and broke roofing glass as it began to move. Both of these issues were only rectified after my husband and I sought additional professional support.

I appreciate that in any project things can and do go wrong. This company have been extremely difficult to deal with and have resisted putting things right. Acceptance of problems, rectifying and communicating progress only occurred when we were tenacious in pursuing acceptable outcomes.

Regrettably I cannot recommend this business.

I found this company was inclined to blame others rather than grasp their responsibilities and I think they repeatedly failed to act in the customers best interest. 20 months into the project my husband and I had completely lost confidence in them and took control of the outstanding remedial works to ensure the conservatory was finished to a high standard.

A very professional outfit from start to finish. Our windows are fantastic & have made a huge difference to our heating bill! Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Keep up the good work :-)

This company prides itself from conceptual design through to installation and commissioning.

We chose Bespoke Design as our preferred supplier for the Orangery after checking other websites. After the initial enquiry, we were visited by the Director, Paul Vaughan, who listened to our requirements and gave his professional opinion and options. The meeting was very relaxed and we did not feel under any pressure to commit. Paul understood and answered our queries that assured us of our decision.

We were very impressed by the architect’s impression of the finished Orangery, provided within a couple of weeks. We are delighted to say that the completed Orangery lives to its expectations and it is just stunning!

Throughout, the project was managed very professionally by Lee and Faye. The various trades involved in the construction were skilled and efficient in their trade. The quality of work carried out was excellent. We would like to commend on the brilliant work ethics: time keeping, adherence to safety, politeness, tidying up at the end of the day and most of all regular communication with us.

The project had its challenges which were managed and co-ordinated to successful completion by Faye. We were very impressed by the prompt responses to our concerns.

The level of detail and finish was excellent, e.g., careful matching and laying of brickwork, build quality of the lanterns, wall and floor finishing, electrical fittings, installation of doors and windows. Issues arising during the build were resolved effectively.

All our family and visitors have been delighted with the Orangery and have queried about Bespoke Design.

It certainly has been a ‘WOW’ factor for us. Thanking the team at Bespoke Design for making the Orangery the focal point of our home.

In conclusion, Bespoke Design gave us exemplary workmanship and excellent customer service and we have no reservations in recommending this Company for their building services.

Excellent professional service throughout from start to finish. We had some idea of what we wanted, we enquired with Bespoke Rutland which out of all the websites we viewed were the ones who had the easiest navigation and most attractive content. We had a follow up call the next day and arranged a meeting with Director Paul to come to the house, we instantly felt at ease with. We discussed what we would like, he gave confident professional advice, took some measurements and photos and was back in the following 2 weeks with the most impressive realistic photo of what our orangery would look like both inside and out. It made such a difference being able to see what the finished product would look like. Faye was always available, super efficient, informative and would be our point of contact throughout. We had a detailed timeline of events and also staggered payment schedule. The orangery construction was executed skilfully and efficiently by Dave and Dan, and Lee would come by regularly to check on works and keep us in the loop of ‘what’s happening next’. He was extremely professional and friendly on each visit, constantly checking we were happy with the process and our timeline of events. We are absolutely thrilled with our Orangery, it has become the favourite part of our house. From that quiet place for a tranquil early coffee to the light spacious social gathering hub, to the cosy evenings…we all want to be there. Thank you Bespoke Rutland.

Our Orangery build was professional throughout from the first planning visit until the last electrician left. We had a few problems needing piling but Faye helped and planned it all superbly. We even had stained glass windows which look beautiful when the sun shines through them.

Our project is finished and what a joy it is . Special thanks to Dave and Dan who were exemplary. The level of detail and finish was excellent, cooperation with other trades was also excellent. Excellent conservatory, really pleased with the look and quality of the end product. Many thanks to Dave and Dan who did a really great job on the build. Considering that we committed to the project just a month before lockdown for Covid-19 came in March, I was pleasantly surprised when construction actually started on site a few weeks ahead of my expectation. I had been imagining all sorts of possible problems, but it all came together very professionally indeed.
Subsequent delays for the weather and an incorrect piece of guttering were very frustrating and we could have used some more communication over this period -the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 (I may be being harsh here…).
Back in the office, Faye coordinated well and was quick with the responses whenever we had a question.
Would recommend.

Fantastic family company - we have been looked after excellently, from the planning stage right through to completion. Ours was a lengthy project involving foundations which required piling, but we were continually updated and led through the processes efficiently. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every member of the team and every contractor were excellent. We are delighted with our new orangery and would recommend Bespoke Design Rutland highly.

it has added so much more space to the back of the house overlooking the garden and it is now a dream to sit in it and chill out!!

Great outcome really pleased with the design and the quality of our new Orangery.
But I have to say that the build process was not straightforward, mostly down to the organisation of building supplies and specific products, this resulted in delay and wastage where products were either the wrong size or delivered too early and were destroyed.
The build took twice the time originally estimated.

Faye in the office was really helpful and responsive but let down by her colleague(s).

So, tighten up on the project management and I would recommend you highly.
