I bought a battery for my camera, it's a good product, it seems better than the genuine one and at half the price.
The website could be better though, my battery took a while to arrive, I think it got lost, or they forgot to send it, not sure. Got in touch with support and after a bit of back and forth I got it. You can find the same brand elsewhere.

I ordered a battery for a camcorder I gave the model details I didn't receive any order number was meant to be delivered within three days after two weeks they sent a email asking for my address it was apparently lost then two days later I received the wrong battery I have sent five emails had no response I am now asking PayPal to look into the issue

I had been looking for a battery for my in laws IRobot vacuum for a little while. I found this site and ordered. There was some issues with delivery, however once I got in touch with customer services, they followed the delivery up with Evri and it appeared a couple of days later

This company seem able to source rare batteries suitable for cameras. It may be slow but they did deliver even after I posted an unfavourable review concerning their slowness

Correspondence is shocking, they don't return emails, please stay clear of this company.

Terrible Company! Ordered 4 Batteries which were supposedly despatched without any tracking details. When chased for a replacement or refund communications went silent!

Would not recommend this company to anybody!

Ordered a battery fr a Sennheiser LSP500 Pro. These were out of stock or needed to be imported at all other sellers but Bestbattery.biz had it in stock and delivered promptly.

Ordered a battery HHT for work. This is my second order for same item as most of my HHT battery dying. Very good service overall. Just would be bit better if we can get confirmation of delivery before and after. Overall excellent service and has quick service if you contact them.

I needed a replacement battery for my kindle, there are so many to choose from and no-one advised until I contacted Best Battery. They replied immediately telling me which one was compatible with my model
When I ordered one they asked if I needed tools. The kit was ridiculously cheap so I ordered it and found when it arrived it had the important tool I didn't already have. The items arrived quickly and the service was good . I would have given 5 stars except my order was not acknowledged and I wasn't sure it had been accepted also I did not have a message from the carrier to say they had a packet for me. On the whole it was a positive experience

I ordered a battery pack for a 30 year old tape camcorder that was very difficult to find online, customer service helped decide the correct product and once ordered it arrived very quickly, and works perfectly. Perfect buying experience!
