An excellent company to deal with providing great customer care and good high quality batteries.

Packaging, quality and usability was excellent.
Only problem was that the deliery firm that was used took a much longer time than was forecast.

Delivery was delayed. No receipt or delivery details were given following the order.

I had to raise a Paypal refund request to get the product through the door.

The battery was everything I hoped for in the end, giving years more life to my old Dell XPS.

Consumer advice with this company: use Paypal/Credit Card, or you'll lack leverage if things go awry in the delivery department. They use Hermes/Evri, so expect about 1 in 10 of the parcels to never be delivered.

After some research, found this company had a battery that would replace the deficient one in my Pure Move dab radio.
Received promptly and exactly what was needed.

Item received via Evri, good service and good product at a competitive price. Overall quite pleased.

Ordered a battery as a spare for a satellite phone as traveling to the Sahara. I ordered from them, the battery did not arrrive in time, poor communications. Now i want a refund -> total radio silence.

I ordered a battery on 27/03/2023 after a lot of chasing I received the battery on 18/04/2023. But it was a faulty battery that didn’t work, it did fit my drill though. So I E-mailed Reuben at bestbattery.biz and had no reply so I used a the online form asking for an RMA no. and a refund but still haven’t heard anything. So I tried to claim my money back through Paypal but because it was delivered they aren’t interested. So I am now going try and get my money back through Barclaycard. It just isn’t worth all the hassle.

Ordered a battery, was told it would be 5days. Took 10 days to come. Had to involve pay pal to get any feedback from them. The battery itself was the right one and in good condition. This is the reason for the 2 star. After it all I was then emailed about leaving a review and told not to mention the late delivery and they would give me a discount next time. So bribing my review. Not good. Be honest and own up to your mistakes. I won’t use them again.

This is a difficult review to score. I ordered a battery assembly for a Communications radio transceiver on April 4th, response quoting a delivery date between 9th and 11th. That would have been acceptable as battery pack was needed for the 13th April at the latest. Guess that I (we) have become so used to next day or on quoted day of delivery from people such as Amazon.
As I'd not received the battery by the 12th I contacted BB on 12th of April via their web page mail box, had a response later that day which I replied to immediately. As I'd not had a reply by the following midday I then sent my reply via the web page mail box, again answered within hours. Was told that the package was sent the previous week and 'should' have been with me by that day.
The battery was needed to be with me by the 13 April.
On the 29th April found the package delivered by Evri - Date on the address label is 24/04/23.
Even allowing for Eyrie's reputation I do have doubts on when the package was actually dispatched.
Only reason I've given 2 stars is the speed response to questioning via the website, direct certainly doesn't appear to work.

Please don’t waste your time on them, they legal scammers!!! I was ordered the battery with 3 days delivery now is 3 weeks and no battery no money. Rubbish!!!!!!

I ordered some spare batteries for my Sony camera, received them a few days later, nicely packed and well protected. Great service, will definitely use again. Many Thanks.

They'll take your money then ignore requests about your order. Avoid this company

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a battery and my account was debited. I received no confirmation of order from Bestbattery. I have emailed them twice but received no response. Their telephone number simply rings out. At the moment, I have spent over £40 and have no way of recovering my money.

Great service at a competitive price. Good to get my camera working properly again.
