I wasn't sure if I would be able to still get a replacement battery for my Kindle Touch as it's quite old, but Best Battery had them in stock at a reasonable price, along with a kit for the replacement process. Very happy with the service from this company.

Top quality battery and a direct replacement for my Logitech harmony remote.

Bought a v7 dyson replacement as they were out of stock at dyson. This best battery was also 50% cheaper. It was very easy to install and is working well.
I chose BestBattery as it is British and had good reviews.

Ordered a battery that was “in stock” for delivery. There was no response at all, expected delivery was 26th Feb. No contact or tracking information. When asked was told “wasn’t scanned by UKMail when collected” but they had more stock on the way and offered to refund it. I had to chase the company to find out where the order was, they took 3 days to respond via email, PayPal refunded the case on my side.

Don’t use this company, it’s not worth the time, the money or the effort.. this is the 2nd time I’ve tried to order from this company and the 2nd time that I have had to involve PayPal.

At BestBattery I found the correct phone battery for an old rough-&-tough Samsung phone. It was easy on the website to find the correct battery and place the order. Price was good and delivery swift. I can fully recommend BestBattery

It's great to find a company that can source and provide batteries for older laptops. Products were received in good packaging and were great quality. They even had more AH than original so batteries are more powerful and longer lasting. Definitely will be using BestBattery.Biz again.

The battery arrived for my daughters computer, it worked perfectly and sorted the overheating problems. very happy with the product. would recomend

Appalling service. Battery did not materialise. Radio silence after I requested a refund. Took a month to get my money back via PayPal. To add insult to injury, wasn't refunded the postage. Avoid this company. Difficult to reconcile my experience with those giving 5 star reviews.

An excellent response from this firm. Sorted my difficulty with gracious and efficient charm.

I was struggling to source this particular battery, but found it here. Price was good and they even provided a tool kit as a special tool was neede to fit the battery. Excellent all round thank you.

Very surprised to read the negative comments about customer service in other reviews. I was kept informed of progress, it arrived well packed, it fits in the device and seems to work well. Will be interesting to see how performance compares to the original battery despite being substantially cheaper.

My previous review of this Company rated them very poorly.
They have now sorted the issue out

A totally hopeless and useless supplier. I ordered a battery from them that I needed quickly because they claimed they had it in stock.

Didn't arrive after two weeks so I tried to contact them by email, phone and their on-line web site. No response to any of them. And the phone just rang out.

Now in the process of trying to get a PayPal refund.

DO NOT USE BESTBATTERY.BIZ is the best advise I can give anyone
