Couldn't fault the products or the service I received from this company, I will certainly use them again soon. Tracey and I think the other person's name was Daniel, both went above and beyond with their customer service. There was a bit of a hiccup with delivery (not anything BBIG had done wrong) these guys sorted the problem immediately and Tracey is an absolute credit to the company. Thanks again!

I have now had several orders from these guys and, without question, they are the most professional, organised and pleasant company in this field I have ever dealt with. I am lucky enough to relatively near the depot so my delivery is brought in person, for a nominal delivery fee. One of my biggest issues with similar businesses in this sector is the OTT delivery charge. The effort of trying to save money is swallowed-up by expensive delivery charges. Happily BBiG do offer a genuine money-saving service.

All of the goods are superb. To date I have bought nothing that was not edible, even it is marked as long out-of-date. Also, every single order has been accurate; nothing missing or damaged. In short, about the best there is in this sector and they are to be lauded and applauded. Andy M

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT WORK

I recently ordered some items and unfortunately they were not very packed and an item leaked and damaged a lot of other items in the box. After complaining the company quickly resolved my complaint and sent replacements for all damaged items. Very happy with service and will buy from them again...

Fantastic service today from Tracy 2items were short in my order 2photos and within an hour all resolved and my account credited the rest of the order was great very 😊 customer

First time ordering and after delivery the second order placed. Used lots of other similar sites and this is the best by far. Every item securely packed and placed in the box methodically and so strategic it was like unpacking a parcel of priceless jewels so well cared for. All the items are in perfect condition and it was as good quality infact some better than supermarket stock.
I cant believe how much I received for how little I spent. The delivery company were also very polite and helped put boxes into the house. I know BBIG have little control over how a parcel company operate but this gentleman was not one of those dump and run, he took time to ensure I had them in the house and had time for a pleasant acknowledgement. It's the added extra that makes it a better than others experience. I only have one problem I don't have much room left for more bargains.. going to need an extension!

Have used this company a few times now. Delivery not exactly cheap so I wait till I want to stock up on items and bulk buy. Great to stock up on snacks, yes there food is out of date but I have never had any issues with this and the BB date is clearly stated on the website. Just had a box of Doritos that went out of date October 2020 and they are still crunchy and very flavoursome albeit HOT 🥵 Also stocked up on shower gel etc which doesn’t go out of date. Delivery is always quick and the delivery driver is always so friendly. Whoever boxes the items is talented it’s like a game of Tetris always makes me chuckle 😂 keep up the good work and thank you for my numerous hassle free deliveries.

Love 'em. Does exactly what it says on the tin - a great selection of cheap food. The delivery charge isn't so cheap, but I look at it as an efficient way to buy bubble wrap, plus you get to admire some genuinely world class packing skills.

I have purchased from a few online bargain stores and this one has been the best so far - best looking website, best priced bargains and I was amazed at how quickly they delivered - within 2 days of ordering! (I'm still waiting for a delivery from another company from 3 weeks ago). I would highly recommend!

Ordered a couple of times and was ok ish, filled the basket with a few things this time and delivery was over £8!! For that price its cheaper to go to supermarkets to get food thats actually in date and it will still be cheaper than this. Contacted them and their response was basically telling me my feelings are wrong. No apologies, no customer service, very rude attitude. Will not be buying from them any more and I suggest no one else wastes their time and money either.

Just purchased food from this Company for the first time and it arrived within 3 days, was as I expected and extremely carefully packaged. WELL DONE.

Have had some great buys from here, good service and timely delivery. Out of date cupboard fillers are fine with me, stock has all been perfect so far, and dates are clearly shown on the website. Will continue to order.

Beware. I’ve just paid for food that’s gone well past it’s expiry date! Food that other retailers would have given away or binned. Not made clear on it’s website. A very dissatisfied customer!

Great easy online portal and plenty choice speedy delivery and good price for the goods procured compared to other online companies who specialise in discounted food goods.
First order received today well packaged and split over two boxes to even the weight out. No missing items and goods as advertised.
Definitely will use this company again in the future when stock's get low.

I have ordered a few items and paid for things in my basket - but then they havent been delivered, they were out of stock. I guess thats just as there may be lots of people buying at the same time and it takes the system a while to update stick. You have to be quick else you lose them.

I have had some excellent bargains from here and will continue to use them to stock up my cupboards.

Even during the Lockdown the service is amazing, get your box of goodies within 3-4 days. No messing.

Would recommend for sure. Very worth while having a browse. Yes its pretty much close to date or past BBD, but in my opinion for canned goods, sweets, chocolate, powders, drinks it really doesnt matter.

Great deals, things as low as 1p! cheap and fast delivery- i ordered over a hundred items and paid £4 for delivery and items arrived within 48 hours , packaged well, everything arrived in good usable and edible condition, saves me a lot of money this site with having a large household. Trustworthy site, no messing around!

Very well packed only had one problem and that was sorted quick was not the company's fault but the delivery company's fault had quiet a few good bargains here with the economy as it is everybody is looking for more for there £ so give them ago you wont regret it I'm sure
