Very poor communications. Ordered weeks ago and no sign of product bought. No answer to emails etc.

Fake/cheap product, false advertising essentially.

I ordered a remote control dinosaur from best deals nz for my nephew for christmas. I will never shop with them again and would never in a million years reccomend them to ANYONE.

We received the toy and the box was damaged...but that's not even the worst of it!!!!
The toy we received was so DIRTY!!! It had brown stuff in it and on it!!! It was genuinely DISGUSTING!!!!! I am not happy with this at all!!!! And then when I emailed them about it, telling them how disgusting and unsafe the toy was due to its dirtiness they barely cared and the best they would do was a $15 refund!!!!!!

Zero stars. One will pick up your call or answer your messages on Facebook to let you know where your order it. The tracking number they give you, they do not tell you who the courier is. Really rubbish service. Never ordering from them again.They need to close down shop with such bad service.

I purchased several items off this site for my children, leading up to Christmas.
Items arrived damaged, and 2 of the three items received are cheap, knockoff brands.
The items purchased were very clearly advertised on the site as a very specific brand, with photos and descriptions using that branded name.
What arrived is a very cheap and poorly made knockoff version, with a similar name.
I re checked the best deals site to see if I had just read it incorrectly, but they certainly advertise as the well-known, popular branded product
Customer service and refund/replacement are very slow to acknowledge the probleem, even with photos and several messages from me.
There is no way this will be rectified in time for Christmas.
Now I have to spend extra money, I can't afford to buy new items for my children.
I personally do not recommend this website at all !!!

Ordered some toys for the kids for christmas the picture was of the box. Correct thing I wanted to buy. When it arrived and opened it whats was inside didn't match the box. Was just a cheap chinese near kinda thing. If i wanted those could have bought them of ebay for a 5th of the money

I bought a yellow bark collar beep, vibrate and zap with remote.. Good communication within 3 days I had notification my purchase was on its way, and to look out for my parcel... the only thing they didn't say it was coming from hongkong so it
took about 2.5 weeks :) fantastic product has been life changing ican now walk my dog comfortably off lead and control her banking and rushing at other dogs. I had tried collars without the zap but in her frenzy she would not care. That zap is by no means vicious no yelp or anything just stops and maybe twicrch then returns to me immediately. Walking has gone from being a fraught experience to a pleasure using less and less can highly recommend. Ps the dog is much happier too now greeting dogs calmly not in a bully attack manner.

I expected my order to arrive in the promised 3-7 days, but it took a whopping 25 days! Their website claims delivery within 7-15 days, but fails to mention that this doesn't include weekends, pushing the actual wait time to 20-25 days. It's frustrating and feels like they're trying to pull a fast one. I won't be ordering from them again! It feels misleading to claim a base in Auckland when their products are actually sourced overseas— I've sent 5 messages through their limited contact options and have received no response I’d give them a zero rating if I could, but the lowest option is one star.

Scam. Ordered digital photo frame. Shipping said delivered. Then after serial emails sent bullshit shipping number and now been sent to incorrect town. Iv sent more emails. Will put up on NZ scammers page. Bank next step.

Wished I had research this site before purchasing. Useless. No sign of my order and no response to email. Do not use this site. I give them no stars.

I was unsure because of comments but I got my product 3 weeks after order. I see they are the middle person. We order from them and they order from their overseas distributors. So the package gets posted from overseas.
My tablet is perfect. Came with extra accessories that I thought I would need to buy.

Im very happy with my purchase, i bought a 8x3m pet enclosure, $500 , easy to assemble, good quality for the price , delivery was quick even though it was freight been so heavy, communication was good, with tracking number and company in which delivered item, i would be happy to purchase again from best deals

Ordered the Barbie house for my grand daughter. This is not a Barbie house. It is a Chinese version and the advertisement is nothing short of misleading advertising.

I ordered two items over 20 days ago. Still struggling to get either the items or the refund. Didn't read reviews only read .co.nz and warehouse in Auckland and 3-15 days. Got tracking # but items can't be found been emailing and calling daily and customer service is so poor. Totally regret not just buying on alixpress or temu. Do not use. How can this company be shut down up changed from pretending to be local

If I could give no star that is what I would've chosen. This is a scam site that is not even based in New Zealand. It will take more than 15 days to receive your item and it's fake. It won't work refund is a foreign concept to them. Do not purchase from them. A Chromecast box with an Anycast dongle inside that has a fake SSID

Scammers!!! Unfortunately, this type of business is flourishing in NZ. I bought you many products. It is described as a Kiwi company. I trusted to buy here. Unfortunately, a very bad displeasure for me since the vacuum cleaner I buy does not have a spare part and I only use it 4 times a year. Your technical service teases me all the time. A shame DON'T BUY HERE!!!
