My experience wasn’t too bad, great communication, happy with end product arrived well intact and exactly what I ordered. The only downfall in my experience was the wait time as I purchased on the 8th October and received 6 November. You also have to use a different tracking app as the products come from china not nz.

Tried to contact several times cause never got any order confirmation or any shipping notification. No emails or phone calls have been answered so started to accept the fact to be scammed..
Nevertheless my order has arrived and works fine. Maybe they just need to work on their customer service…

Great contact. I was doubtful about ever receiving my goods or they would arrive damaged after reading some of the reviews. Their communication was good although there were some differences in dates. The product arrived, no damage, brand new and in good working order.

Shipping is terrible. They do NOT have it in a warehouse in New Zealand (or if they do hardly stock the items on their website even though it SAYS on the website it does). Customer service is awful (they still have not replied to my email and I have been on hold on a phone call for an hour), and they do not give refunds. I am disgusted this is still a business. If I had the funds I would take them to court. USE TEMU instead.

Paid my money was informed that courier would contact me with a tracking number, bogus phone number comes up as spam on their site. No contact at all. Sick of this shit online! Going to my bank to get a refund!

My kids saved up their pocket money for 2 months for their tablets, 2/4 arrived, gave me tracking numbers and all kept checking everyday to then email them, rung them to get nowhere to then rung again fuming to be told they have lost my older girls tablets, are u kidding me!!! I will never ever get anything from here!!! Refund will take 2-3 days so now I have to go else where for my girls who been waiting over 3 weeks not ok!! Maybe write more on your website where they come from and why u have so low reviews wish I never order!!!

Wish id read reiews before ordering. Hallowwen suit for my kids its been two weeks and still havent got a departure docket .email 3 times no responce. Might be a nz company ???but dodgy chinese practises

Fraud! Ordered some halloween items.
16 inch skeleton is as big as my hand.
The inflatable ghoul came as an inflatable kids pool toy with fish on it.
Absolute rip off. Don't shop here.

So I placed my order somewhere around the 3rd October 24. It arrived on the 15th Oct 24. It was damaged and not turning on.

Rung a couple of times. It would hang up when I press 1 to leave a voicemail. The product looked like kids toy in real life. Emailed several times asking to replace of refund. No answer until I threatened to take legal actions. Not even sure if their answer to refund me is even real or not. Still waiting on 5 days. SUCH a rip off. They need to be shut down.

For a NZ site they sure have some odd behaviour. Attempted to place an order, delivered in NZ, but every single item I place in my cart displays “OUT OF DELIVERY AREA” and cannot be placed. Looks like a scam. Better avoided. Glad I won’t be ordering with them.

Great prices and even better consistent customer service. I highly recommend shopping at Best Deals NZ as they are professional to deal with and it’s refreshing to write such a positive review.

Ordered an item, wrong item arrived. I was then told the product I ordered was out of stock and they will refund me. Long waits between communication from them, avoid at all costs

I order 3 weeks ago. I have yet to receive a confirmation email. I have just worked out how to check on the order, it's says it's still pending. I finally tracked down email and Facebook page and contacted to cancel, no reply. This business is a con. Don't buy from them

Have been waiting for my order for three weeks have got half my order definitely won't be using them again too slow for shipping in this day in age no tracking number no nothing

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. I thought I went through this website with a fine tooth comb before purchasing. It says they are Auckland based with all goods coming from their Auckland warehouse. So I purchased! They sent out an email a few days later to say it was sent, but no courier company to track, just a number. After asking they sent tracking info. It was all in CHINESE!! So I emailed back asking where it's coming from. They wouldn't say, just that they outsource some products and this was normal for them. I asked for proof of this as I couldn't find it on their website. Again, they wouldn't give proof of this. I contacted the commerce commission for misleading consumers and Zip as well. It was after this they emailed and acknowledged it doesn't say on their website that goods aren't in NZ and they would remedy this! Even though they are misleading us they refuse to refund! I recommend more people report this company to the commerce commission! If I wanted items from China I'd shop at Temu! They are at least honest with where the goods come from! Avoid these guys, unless you enjoy a frustrating shopping experience!

I just have not received my order still waiting. And after pay is starting send me msgs for delay first installment.so how can I proceed next if I don't have received it yet?
