Do not buy second time did a mistake. Been waiting over one and half month and no tracking update or no refund

Half the goods arrived, they don't respond to emails sent, or contacts forms on the site, you need to phone. The information in the packages contains no packing slip or info on split orders. You need to phone and speak to the foreigner who seems to have a rudimentary grasp of English only.

Day 24 and nothing. No email confirmation to say I had made the purchase. Rung several times but either hung up on or on one occasion waited 22 minutes for the lady to come back to me. No background music to let you know if you’re still connected. Excuse is courier delays however I checked and no delays in NZ or Australia. I’ll amend if and when my purchase arrives. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

Very poor. Bought Big Button remote. Advertising stated that it came with full instructions and batteries. NO INSTRUCTIONS OR BATTERIES!!!!!!

Never ever buy from best deals. Co. Nz they are based in Auckland but buy stuff from overseas and it takes 7 to 15 working days to get your stuff which they never tell you when you pay for it. I want a refund and it's taking for ever to get here and then I won't get postage back bloody horrible business will never be buying from them again you have been warned

No email replies, no working phone number, fake tracking number... Time to request a charge back. Avoid these cowboys, claim to be Auckland based. Compete bs Chinese drop shipper.

Terrible service. Company advertised a product through google ad-words then denied it.

I brought a large bestway family rectangle pool and they have been fantastic in communicating through email and delivering didnt take long at all only a few days and its arrived superfast.
Also got a deal as lives up to its name.
Definitely be my go too website!!

Hi the phone number is not working, I have not had a response to my order ie no tracking number nor a response to my email so worried that my items is not coming and my money is lost, be good to get a response Best Deals

Made a purchase and immediately contact the company to cancel 1 of the 2 items. After multiple emails and a phone call I found they already shipped the item I wanted to cancel on the 5th day of me trying to contact them and i was told I needed to deny the order when it arrives... I was also told i wouldn't be reimbursed the very expenses (nearly double the price of product) shipping for their mistake. Also... To top off the insult, the 1 product I wanted was significantly damaged by their warehouse and couldn't be sent.
Tread very carefully with this company as they don't care about the customer.

Received fake goods. Weren't the legit item. Obviously a Chinese knock off. Scam website

I bought the suit cases and they arrived within two days, super pleased. After viewing all the negative feedback, I thought better to justify it.

So after ordering my daughters RC Jet plane on the 12th for Christmas, it passed the 20th, tracking didnt work, im glad it didnt arrive on time, because i got her an even better RC Jet and an awesome drift car! from a reputable seller that has thier stock based in Auckland and not shipped from China, the Jet arrived on the 28 or 29th lol

Everything is fine with my order though, fingers crossed as i have another, drone on the way..

Wont be buying again, as i feel it is very decptive.

Absolute disgrace. I ordered a watch which I presume they had in NZ OH had to come from Asia and then it ended up with Fastway! Need I say any more. Also sorts of excuses about how long it takes to transit to NZ. Really. Finally it arrives in Christchurch on December 22. On 29th I'm still waiting here in North Canterbury for delivery.

DO NOT deal with this company. They rip you off.
Watch out for postage !!!! I was charged $89 to have a small fountain delivered for the same product same deliver is $47!! From the Warehouse.

Have ordered and am still waiting for a vacuum cleaner. Their phone number comes up as suspected spam. They don't answer calls or emails and the tracking number they gave me doesn't register. I'm so mad!!!

Not a good website at all.
I ordered two life size skeletons - I got two miniature skeletons - and it took over a month for them to arrive.
I complained - have not heard back as of yet. Seems like a dodgy place to order from - it says .co.nz at the end of its website - but I'm sure the stuff came from China.
