I ordered a DVD seven days ago but have not received it. They were verrrry efficient in charging my card... the order was acknowledged and it was debited instantly.
They have ignored two emails I have sent asking for an update. I've now got the hassle of raising a dispute with my credit card company which I could do without. With hindsight I would have gone elsewhere. Dunno how they have got such a high star rating!!

This review was written quite some time ago now but I did advise that I eventually received the DVDs and am very pleased with the item and price. So thank you.

I puchased a dvd online over a week ago and have not received it yet. I have e mailed them 3 times and no response.

EDIT...dvd arrived after the review was pisted.

Order place 6th October as of writing this its the 18th of October.

My order is still set as processing and I have contacted twice and received no information regarding my order. I am disappointed as what I ordered was going to be a gift. Now im nearly £32 out of pocket. Will update review if anything changes

Order dispatched 7/10/25 13.40 hrs on a Royal Mail Tracking. It is now 14/10/25 and the tracking hasn't changed and my item hasn't arrived. The terms and condition place all the onus on me to find out where the item is. Royal Mail will not communicate with me because their contract is with Bestdvdshop. I have contacted them by their direct message twice and heard nothing. As the other One Star rating said, they are of no help despite having taken my money. Buy your products elsewhere. Today is 21/10/25 and finally I have heard from Bestdvdshop, not to apologise but a bland notice that the item has been delivered. The item arrived by Royal Mail 16/10/25, 9 days after it was 'dispatched'. Turns out the problem here is not the delivery but the understanding of the word dispatched. It wasn't handed to Royal Mail until 14/10/25 , so not dispatched until 7 days later.

Further email response from bsetdvdshop. Thankyou but I understand how things work. You use the word 'processed' which I understand though it does not appear anywhere in the previous emails you sent. However on 7/10/25 the email says my order has 'shipped', when in fact it didn't ship until it was taken to the Post Office on 16/10/25. You did indeed send it by 48hr delivery which obviously only starts once it has shipped, been dispatched or processed. My issue is the delay between the 7th and the 16th and the advice given. Had this been made clear I would not have had to email you or place the review.

Ordered a dvd nearly a week ago. Order number 250928-061751-4420. Hasn’t even reached the Royal Mail depot, let alone me, so so much for 48 hour shipping. Tried contacting three times and have received no response.

Edit 4th October: dvd is now at the depot and set to deliver by Monday. Will update when it arrives

Yust bought 2 hard to find dvds from this company, and they are excellent quality and they kept me informed all the way. I would differently use them again.

I purchased black sabbath back to the beginning dvd again for a family member and they was impressed with the quality of it top store great service

Bought a DVD off here which i couldn't find anywhere else. Top quality. Postage wasn't the cheapest but easily counteracted by the very reasonable price of the product itself. Highly recommended

If I could give no stars, I would. I had made a mistake during the order process ordering 2 same dvds. I have tried to contact the several times (like 6/7 times using the online form) to ask to cancel the order. No reply for days. After 8 days the order was shipped… and still no reply from them. Worst customer service experience ever. If only they could have read the emails… IF they care the customer… obviously they don’t

I was looking to buy some DVDs and found this site via Google I think. The prices are really good and there a quite wide range of titles, to suit all tastes. I bought M3GAN 2.0 and I did have a wonder as it did say on the website “Note : Quality Of These Products May Be Lower Due To Them Being Pre Releases”. However I found the quality top notch DVD quality so no worries! It would have been nice to have sub-titles but for the price I can’t complain.
