I placed an order on 17th November 2025 ,it still says its processing, I've contacted them 3 times and no one has bothered to reply, stay away from this company. Order number. 25117-051328-4982

UPDATE: After emailing the company 4 times via there website, and with no reply, they finally dispatched my order on the 9th of December. I then got a customs bill for it a week later. On 19th December my order arrived. The DVD is clearly a fake, and inside the box was all broken with bits of plastic everywhere.
So I stand by my original review, do not use this company, spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Stay away from Bestdvdshop. They are most definitely not the best.

Just got my tracking number through for both orders very relieved I have to say. Would happily order from them again without all the worry so close to Christmas. Thank you so much again

The order took 25 days, which I was happy to wait having bought a favourite film not available elsewhere. Messaged them twice but no reply, having read reviews on here I was reassured I would eventually get my dvd. Received today with great excitement only to be plunged into disappointment at the poor quality of the recording. I’d read other reviews saying the recording was good, unfortunately my disc isn’t. The picture quality is fuzzy. I don’t know if I can bear to watch the film like this despite loving it so much ☹️ Sorry, but it’s a thumbs down from me. I bought a copy from United States a couple of years ago from a similar company, the BBC version of Christmas Carol with Guy Pearce, and the picture quality was spot on. Appreciate the effort bestdvdshop, sorry to be so negative.
AND THERE YOU GO! RUDE REPLY FROM A SHODDY COMPANY. DON’T WORRY I WOULDN’T BUY FROM YOU AGAIN. FYI THE BONUS FEATURE WHICH WAS THE TRAILOR WAS IN EXELLANT QUALITY, THE FILM WAS FUZZY!! NO NEED TO APOLOGISE!

I'm not expecting any kind of update yet, as I ordered (on the 23rd) during what is definitely the busiest time of year - I don't mind waiting.
I just wish the website told you where your order is in the queue. Checking every day and just seeing 'processing' stresses you out a little because, is my order being processed or is it in the process of being shipped? Who knows!

Edit: DVD arrived today (22/12/25). Very very happy with it. Was even wrapped up in plastic. Took 25 days in total from placing the order to it being dispatched - which I expected, as I did make an order very close to Christmas. But again, I just wish the site had an update system that tells you if your order is even being processed. If say, I'm order 290 out of 312 - I don't care! I know I'm in a queue then so I can stop checking the website daily for any kind of update. Still, can't complain, it's arrived. Not tried playing it yet, but I will soon.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money & not send your item any correspondence you make with this company is ignored even tracking info is not recognise YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Original feedback: I feel I shouldn’t have to leave a comment on here to get a response, however, I have seen other customers who had a later purchase date receive their order after leaving a review on here. I understand it’s a busy time but I placed my order on 27th October and my order still says processing. I also don’t mind waiting but when I too am receiving no information it is worrying especially as payment has been taken.

Ordered a dvd on the 2nd November, still says processing, messaged the twice with no reply,very disappointing as this was a birthday gift.Think I may have to contact the bank for a refund as doubt they will send a response 😒 i have now recieved the item but still leaving a one star as the threat ive now recieved at the bottom of this review is disgusting customer service I will never buy from this company again also I only received my item when I wrote a bad review so thanks but I will not change my review because of your threat

Super duper happy with my order of 4 dvds that I were very hard to find and at a realistic price, postage took a while but that didn't bother me. Thanks Best dvd shop 🤘

Place order a month ago, and still showing as processing

Order Number: #251028-161528-5828 Ordered 3 weeks ago and still on 'processing'. Contacted twice and no reply. I don't see anywhere to cancel my order and ask for a refund.

Ordered a DVD on 18th October and the product is still pending, I appreciate the store is busy at this time of the year however when I chased the order I was simply given "we are working hard,on getting this sorted" with no update on delivery.

I ordered on the 26 th October it is now 15 th November still nothing. I have emailed several times asking explaining I’m running out of time as it’s a gift and response at all. I check the order status and it is stuck in processing. All I wanted was a response so I know what is happening very disappointed

Ordered dvd on 14th october. Still showing as processing 12th November. Contacted customer support TWICE,no response, no dvd.

Day 44: Still processing! Perhaps stop taking orders if you cannot fulfill them

I have bought from these guys before and have been happy with my purchase.
How ever, they dont have any customer service people,, they have a contact page, but no one ever ever replies to your email. Ive sent numerous messages over the last few months, but not once had a reply. They ask you to message them if you want certain dvds, but this is false as no one replies to you. I think others are finding the same. Which is a real shame. But on that basis, and since there isn't much of a choice for netflix films, ive rated it 1 star.

Wow, so follow up on this, on their main page, it asks you to send them a message with queries and requests, ive been doing this since august, so 3 months. They ask for more details, no reference number as I wasn't given any, as its not an order, and they accuse me of defamation. Email kept of course. Such an arrogant reply.
Maybe if you actually sat at your desk and replied to customers emails, rather than ignore them, or spend your time sending arrogant replies on here, you would get more business than you suggest 👍

Ordered and paid (over £37 btw) on October 19th and still says processing, I have messaged them on 2 seperate occasions via the website and had no response. It is now 17 days since my order and I'm beginning to think it will not arrive

EDIT: just recieved email with tracking number so fingers crossed it gets here soon

EDIT: upgraded to 4 stars, item arrived all well and good, but I can't give full 5 as it did take almost a month to arrive, and none of my messages were responded to

DVDs ordered 19 October, absolutely nothing since. No DVDs arrived, no updates despite sending messages. Website just still says "processing".
EDIT: now 3 weeks since the money left my account and not so much as a confirmation email. No response to messages and no response on here. Over £50 worth. :-(

I placed this order on the 18th Oct. It was stated to be dispatched on the 28th Oct. I have not received it. I checked the tracking number I was given and It said it had been delivered on the 31st Oct - In GLASGOW ! I live in Nottinghamshire. I sent a message via their website and did get a reply saying it had been sent to my address - so where is it ?
Not satisfied.
Update : Now received. They sent another one out to me.
