I used Best London Removals for a full pack and move service and they were just amazing. I was very impressed by their level of service and their professionalism. They took appropriate care of fragile items whilst packing, dismantled all the furniture, placed the boxes in appropriate rooms and re-assembled the furniture at the new house. They kept checking with us about how we wanted certain items to be packed and where those items would go in the new house. Brilliant company and an awesome team!

Very responsive. I had quite a unique moving challenge. Best London Removals rose to the challenge and made the process so much easier than I feared it would be. We recently used Best London Removals for a house move within London. Ivelin and the whole team were outstanding from start to finish. Their preparation for the move the day before was comprehensive, saving time on the day of the move, and all items were packed carefully. The team themselves were prompt, starting early in the mornings and finishing late at night. Nothing was too much for them - and everything was done with a smile! The whole move was completed efficiently, safely, on time, in the agreed budget - and without any hassle! I can highly recommend Best London Removals.

Best London removals were very professional and tidy. They moved a large sideboard up the stairs when I thought that it would not fit and the last resort was for it to be lifted up to the second floor.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I only had a few items to move so not a major job, but the two gentlemen could not be more helpful, polite and personable. I would not hesitate to use them again should the occasion arise and would definitely recommend them.

We had an incredibly challenging move from a 3rd floor maisonette (no lift). The team from BLR were very professional and made a very tricky situation stress free. I would recommend Best London Removals to anyone who's moving!

We contacted 3 companies for a quote for a move from central London to Glasgow, Best London Removals were the only company who replied promptly and who answered all our queries
Ivelin and the team were fantastic, even visiting us prior to the move to advise how many vans/men would be needed, and advised on the best way to facilitate the move.
We packed the contents of our 3 bed flat ourselves and dismantled furniture to keep costs down. The team then carefully packed bookcases, mirrors, large TV etc
On the day of the move the team arrived on time, they were very polite and courteous, they packed up everything in appx 3 hours
They then drove overnight and arrived as promised next morning in Scotland to meet us at our new property, (arriving before us as we had to wait to collect the keys)
All our furniture was placed very carefully in the correct room (despite there being lots of stairs and tight spaces ) nothing is broken or damaged and we were very impressed with the team.

Very happy with the service. One London company didn't even bother to reply to my enquiry and the other priced the job ridiculously high so it was refreshing to deal with a company that was quick to get back to me on everything and priced fairly. On the three visits - quotation, packing and removal - the staff arrived on time, were smart and polite and worked really hard and fast. They also came back to collect the empty boxes very promptly. Happy to recommend

From initial contact via the enquiry (thanks to Ivelin) to the guys turning up on time, the service was seamless and professional. The van looked brand new and they brought all the packing materials we needed and took care of it all. My husband was very impressed with the removal men who were skilled (trust me, this is important!) polite, efficient and careful with our furniture. When we went over our allocated time they sent another team of 3 men to help so we could all go home by dinner. We could not be more pleased with this excellent company- great service and we will be recommending you to friends and family.

We forgot to confirm our removal via email. The day of the removal I woke up at 5am with a doubt that the removal was indeed not confirmed. I called the manager who managed to save the day by organising a last minute team. The guys did a fantastic job, dismantling/reassembling an expensive ottoman bed and taking it up to the second floor through an incredibly tight staircase without a scratch. They wrapped and protected everything, also items which really didn't need any protection. Everything has been moved without a scratch to the furniture and the premises. And the price was not even comparable to other agencies (all those XXX with a van). I have been charged lucrative quotes from other companies, given that we did all the boxes, we had very few furniture (one king bed, a sofa, table and chairs) and the old and new places were just 3 roads away. I could not believe how different the quotes were and I could not understand how to justify such a huge difference. We eventually decided to take the "risk" to go with Best London Removals who quoted us a fraction of the others. I am so pleased we decided to go with them, I cannot imagine what more they could have done! Highly recommended. Just remember to confirm your booking by email.

We chose Best London Removals based on their ratings on Trust Pilot and they did not disappoint. We chose a partial packing service so they delivered packing boxes etc the week before so we could get going on boxing up books etc pending their arrival the day before our move to pack up our kitchen stuff. Despite working until well into the evening, they arrived bright and early the next day to load up. The team were excellent: immensely hard working and diligent as well as being super careful with our stuff. They unpacked us very efficiently and remained courteous and good humoured throughout. Oh, and good value for money too!

We were making a relatively short and small move across London. Ivelin gave a quick and highly competitive quote and called to confirm details the night before. The guys turned up early and were friendly, fast and efficient. No breakages or problems - all in all a first rate experience and the company does live up to their name!

Best London Removals made our move very easy. Arrived on time, worked very professionally and quick . They were very patient and put the things exactly where we wanted. Very friendly team. The quoted price is very reasonable compared to other removal companies. Would surely recommend.

Great Company for Removals - we have used this company a couple of times and they have been fantastic. They turn up on time, do the job efficiently and are great value. They provided the boxes, bubble wrap and tap for a fee and we packed ourselves. When there was an issue (the broke the glass on a picture) they replaced the glass quickly and were pleasant throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend.
