The team were incredibly professional and packed the whole house both quickly and safely. They helpfully dismantled a lot of our furniture including some intricate cupboards, wardrobes and beds.

All items were unpacked at the new house and no items were missing or broken.

Jim and the crew were absolutely fantastic. Made a potentially super stressful situation much, much easier for us. They are super transparent with pricing and you absolutely get great value for the service. The team treat your items with care, and assist with anything you may need. 15/10 would recommend!!

Can’t recommend The London Removal Company highly enough. I’ve always found movers by word-of-mouth before: was a bit nervous doing it by guesswork and a Google search but I won the lottery finding these guys. The quotation process before the move was very good: my requirements were listened to and a sensible quote was forthcoming. On the day itself the guys were brilliant, taking a huge amount of stress out of what is - let’s be honest - a pretty miserable process!

Lots of people and firms chancing their arm out there (especially in London, it seems…): if you need to move house just go with these guys. You’ll know you’re getting superb service at a reasonable price.

Only one complaint: they don’t seem to eat biscuits so now I’ve eaten several hundred chocolate hobnobs whilst unpacking. Will invoice for tailoring alterations.

Great service. They were right on time and took such good care of all my items. They were very kind and helpful making a very hard day very easy and manageable. Highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this Removal Company. They were very courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much for them as we changed our minds on where certain boxes should go and they very helpfully agreed to move them again!

Jake and his team moved me a couple of weeks back and the service couldn't be faulted in the slightest, they were happy to assist with anything I asked and couldn't do enough for my family and I. Having moved around often over the last 10 years, it's usually quite a stressful endeavour however The London Removal Company made it as seamless as possible. Couldn't recommend enough.

Jim and team amazing with our move. Made it all stress free with their calm, get on with it attitude. They were highly organised, concientous and all the team made us feel at ease and in good hands - making what could have been a stressful two days totally not. Absolutely lovely bunch to be around. Good experience all round. The quote was competitive and communication was good. There were no breakages and nothing was lost during the move. Jake and Jim were very professional, considerate and friendly guys. I would highly recommend.

The guys helped me move my mum after a last minute communication from our solicitor saying it was agreed we were moving out in 5 days..!! Jim was very reassuring saying that he was able to make a slot for us and that worse case if we were unable to move into the new premises he would be able to make arrangements to store it at a good price. On the day, we agreed 08:00 start and they were there outside ready to go. Whilst we were organised the guys confirmed they had a few things on board worst case, though we didn’t prebook any packing and luckily didn’t need it. The guys didn’t stop and we were packed in what I thought was record time. We got to the other end and despite moving into a first floor flat the other side, the guys just got on with it again, no breaks, and before long we were done. Asking along the way ok to put this here and very careful and conscious of paintwork and items within boxes. End result, no breakages at all, very happy clients and extremely reasonable cost. Would thoroughly recommend. Keep it up lads, so refreshing to see people who care, don’t overprice and give fantastic customer service.

Jim and Jake moved me out of a 1 bedroom flat. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and couldn’t fault them at all! I would definitely recommend to anyone and I’ll be using again in the future.

Disappointing experience after a promising start.
The initial phase of the move was handled well — Barry was helpful, the quote was clear, and the moving team on the day were excellent. However, everything fell apart afterwards.
During the move, one item was damaged (reported proactively by one of the removal team), and another item never arrived. I was assured these issues would be covered by insurance, but despite repeated calls and emails, no one ever followed up. My enquiries and requests for replacements were simply ignored.
It’s a real shame, because the service began well, but the lack of communication and accountability afterwards means I couldn’t recommend them. If nothing gets lost or damaged, you’ll probably be fine — but if something does go wrong, based on my experience, you may struggle to get any resolution.

I had a great experience with the London Removal Company. From the get go Barry & team were super responsive and friendly. I hired them for removal of my boxes, storage and drop off at my new flat and they were always on time, efficient and careful with my belongings. I’d 100% recommend.
