Do not use this company. Yes, there are some good reviews but be warned by the bad ones. If anything goes wrong it will be your mistake and they will not admit any liability or risk. They have lost an item of mine which they say must have been left behind - oh yes, nobody would have noticed one item in the middle of a garage would they? or they delivered it but I am unable to find it because of the mess in my garage - how dare they! Their so called inventory includes items that we do not and have never owned, (a lawn mower) and items that we personally took with us. They say that it all must have been a confusion with the notes that were taken during the quotation process. That is re-assuring as to their records and goods management and control. They refuse to provide a copy of the inventory to show all the items they believe that they did deliver. Remember, if anything goes wrong it will be your fault. Barry MacDonald is a very difficult man to deal with and he is always right. Having had nearly £15,000 of my money he refuses to pay out £120 on an item he has 'lost'.

What can I say, this is the most professional company we have dealt with.
The two Chris's ( I'm afraid I don't remember the names of their 2 colleagues) were absolutely amazing.
What is normally a very stressful time was with the 4 of them plain sailing.
I cannot recommend the company any higher

We had an amazing experience with the London Removal Company. They fitted us in despite our completion happening at very short notice. Karen and Barry did a great job organising everything and the team that packed us up and moved us were friendly, helpful and professional. They were quick to solve problems and did their best to make everything run smoothly. A genuine pleasure to work with.

The whole team were great from start to finish. Loaded and unloaded belongingings from our four bedroom house in not time and no stress.
Would highly recommend for a professional, friendly and stress free move at a reasonable price.

Very bad company

These guys did a fantastic job with our move. They work at lightening speed, packing, loading and unloading the van. Karen and Barry were also great, answering our questions and arranging everything, all at a reasonable price too. Would highly recommend!

Right from Karen at the very start (and she was brilliant, reassuring and completely on top of things the whole way through - I already miss having her in my life) this was the easiest house move I’ve ever done - despite it being the biggest and most complex. The packing service the day before was a million times better than I would do myself, there was so much care. On the day of the move Billy and the team showed up at 8am, loaded the rest of my stuff, drove to another county and had it all unloaded and placed in the right rooms by midday. all with smiles, laughs and lots of care. I can’t fault anything about the experience. It was the easiest and least stressful part of the whole move. I would (and have) recommend them to everyone.

The team were positive, worked well together and packed my four bed house and garage up in lightening speed, these guys moved like super heros, loved listening to Pablo sing while he worked and professionally managed the team.

No damage was caused to my property or furniture. Now lets talk about Karen, the sweetheart of the company, this super special lady was incredibly informative and very reassuring, talking me through the whole process and patiently taking time to answer my questions.

karen made me feel like a V. I. P from start to finish and was the reason why I made my decision to book.

I paid a little over the odds but I would definitely do it again, remember the saying, we often get what we pay for, well let me tell you, this service was worth every penny.

Such a great team - I've used them twice in a month for various removals from the same property and they couldn't have been more efficient, or more friendly. All my belongings have arrived in one piece, and put exactly where requested. 10 / 10!

We just moved from E3 to N16 - Billy and Curtis were absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly professional, really efficient and organised, and super friendly. They made what could have been a very stressful experience go off without a hitch, and ensured that the the first day in our new home was easy and full of laughs. We should have known that everything would be great when Karen dealt with our initial enquiries so well - she was endlessly helpful and made the whole process seem much less daunting, making us feel completely in safe hands. Hopefully we'll be in our new home for a long while, but when we decide to move again we will absolutely use this company without hesitation. Karen, Billy, and Curtis are the best!

These guys made my moving experience that little bit hassle free. Really impressed with the service in terms of speed but mainly how cheerful and polite all the guys were. Very professional service and reasonably priced. They worked very hard and took all the stress out of moving - will recommend highly to friends and definitely use them again.

Barry and his team- Billy and the 2 Chris’s were fantastic from start to finish. London removals were consultative, reliable, down to earth and made what could have been very stressful move an enjoyable and hassle free experience. The guys worked incredibly hard on the 2 days we had them packing us up and moving to our new home. Couldn’t recommend more!

The crew arrived on time with enthusiasm.
Their can do attitude eased our anxiety. Nothing was too small or too big. Handle with care/ fragile was their motto as they took care in handling large mirrors and crockery. All our goods were removed and delivered intact. Not one item was missing or damaged. The team were cohesive and infectious as they worked with great understanding of each other.
