This company is misusing leading beauty brands in their Facebook ads to attract more customers. In my case they used well known brand Douglas.nl (I made report to them as well).
However they also know what they are doing is scam and once you contact them they will refund you partially.

I unintentionally & unknowingly signed up for a subscription that I did not want in December 2023. I cancelled the subscription but was refused a refund. I received a email in August 2024 offering a refund if I complete a review. Hopefully my refund is actioned once they receive this.
