Would not recommend this at all ran out of Porn star Martinis within 10 min of being there. Ran out of Prosecco and beer half way through the night food was not fine dining. Pointless having all-inclusive bands waste of money the company spent thousands on this night......SHAMBLES

Disappointing night at Maidstone
Terrible event. Queing outside in freezing temperatures to get in. Overpriced bar ran out of everything other than vodka within first 2 hours. Staff didn't have a clue what they were doing. Food was cold and dry. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone

I have taken my staff to this venue for…
I have taken my staff to this venue for 3 years and this year by far was the worst and I won’t be returning. 1st issue , advertised canapés on arrival, this did not happen. 2nd issue, after a couple of hours they had ran out of beer, considering I had paid for 30 all inclusive wrist bands I found this not only embarrassing that I had to explain to my staff there was no beer but also a complete rip off on what I had paid. The service was shocking the main meal was delayed on reaching tables and we had to clear our own tables when finished as there was no sign of any staff doing this for us. 4th complaint was the state of the toilets , the flushes stopped working and all toilets were near on overflowing which was disgusting. My final complaint is the venue itself was not on par to previous years, there was certainly a different ambiance this year compared to other years , the generators failed 3 times and we were left in total darkness whilst they sorted it. I am not usually one to complain but considering what I had paid for a ticket , I definitely did not get value for money and the service was absolutely shocking ! This venue was in Eastleigh .

Went to best parties in Nottingham last week for our work Xmas party. Great entertainment the 1920s themed show was brilliant. Food was very tasty, good vegan options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience would definitely recommend going.

Great night all round!
We had an amazing night at Nottingham for the roaring twenties party. The entertainment was really good, staff were helpful (we had a lot of dietary requests which were catered to without any fuss). Good food, great music and a really nice atmosphere. We will be back next year!

Best Parties Ever, Liverpool
Outstanding night, food was good with variety for allergies. Service ran quick and efficient considering there was like 1000 people there. Bar service was great, staff were friendly and clearly had experience as not long queues and answered questions we had. Cloakroom was a little small but still work well. Great time and well done to everyone there.

Great night out with work colleagues, we had a table right near the stage, the pole and ring acrobat was great, we loved the sax and the mirror man!!
Drinks where plentiful and as there are 3 bars didn't have to queue for long at all.
Food came out and was tasty, considering the chef had to cook for 1000 people he did well!
Same as all the staff... They have a mammoth task on Thier hands but they do it very well!!

Ardingly what a brilliant night
Ardingly what a brilliant night, yes the food was delayed due to the football but we had an absolute blast. just loved it all and the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help with a few things. Will definitely be back, no queues for drinks the wristbands worked a treat as did the cloak room . Dancers were a bit wishy washy but we went to have a party and we sure did. Dodgems a nice touch as was the card table . well done

Scammers! Terrible from start to finish - avoid at all costs! We were conned into agreeing to booking a larger number than needed so that we could get an early access package which was supposed to include a welcome drinks reception and the facilities for us to deliver a powerpoint presentation to our staff. There was no welcome drinks reception on arrival - it was supposed to be at the door, instead there were just a couple of trays left on the bar for us.
We were also conned into going for the drinks wristbands options, promised that for the non-drinkers (as a lot of our staff are), there would be a range of mocktails and non-alcoholic beers only to be told on the night these were not available! Disgraceful.
The food was terrible, dry, plain and tasteless.
There were also no dessert stations as promised
and no coffee and tea was served. The entertainment was boring and people were being sick in the toilets which were filthy.
Had the tickets been cheap I wouldn't have been surprised but we paid an absolute fortune including the drinks packages, only to be let down. I have complained but they just denied it all and wished me a Merry Christmas! Worst party ever and a huge embarrassment when we promised all of our staff a fantastic evening. I am going to do all I can to make sure this company do not get away with this and to make sure this doesn't happen to somebody else!

Fantastic Work Christmas Party
Overall we had a fantastic work Christmas party at Willen Lake, MK. I can't fault our Event Assistant Alyx who was super helpful and friendly leading up to the Event and answered all our questions promptly. Everyone had a fantastic night. The only downside was that we were seated at 8pm and I don't think we received our main course until 10pm!! I don't know if it was down to staff shortages on the night, but to wait that long for dinner is very disappointing. I expected to be on the dancefloor by then! Desserts were also a let down. We did think we would be getting a plated dessert each, instead mini desserts were brought round on one plate and by the time they came round, everyone had got up to start the night of dancing. We also didn't have any bread plates so had to cut our bread on the tablecloth. Another thing to note is the lack of dessert stations - it was advertised there would be a crumble station, pan & ice and doughnut wall. I didn't spot any of these but did hear the doughnuts were out at the very end of the night. On the whole it was a fantastic evening and we enjoyed all celebrating together after not having a Christmas party for 3 years because of Covid. Thanks :)

Disappointing Evening I feel what is stated on their website…
I feel what is stated on their website isn't correct. All the bars are together and staff not good, the person behind the bar only served me one drink from my order and then never returned.
The entertainment was not great and the food wasn't very hot, the desserts were very disappointing and not enough for the amount of people on the table.
Alot of money for what you get!!!
