First class service and delivery as always

They resent an item that had been lost out of the package sent. This was fully explained and they responded quickly when I spoke to them over the phone on 1st July.

This company supplies parts from Germany, website address is misleading and, when I ordered, I didn't allow for additional delivery times from Berlin.
I cancelled immediately I realised it was non-UK based, the day after ordering, by email, as per website terms and conditions for Autodoc AG, the actual supplier. It uses several UK Web addresses to mislead UK customers.
I spoke to a representative by phone on 12th June to confirm my written cancellation, dated 10th June 2023. The lady said the goods were dispatched but were still in Germany and could be recalled from the courier and she promised to refund my credit card.
It's now 23rd June, the courier's tracking is frozen as of 14th June 2023 so the goods have either gone missing or have been recalled by Autodoc, as it promised to do on three occasions when I phoned them.
However, the company has refused to refund me until it completes an investigation, which is irrelevant to me!
I cancelled, was promised a refund and the goods have not been delivered, or delivery attempted and, if they were, delivery would be refused as the order has been cancelled.
Do not deal with this non-uk based company as it is very inefficient and does not operate with strict principles of good customer service, according to normal UK trading standards.
I am still awaiting my refund until Autodoc has completed its investigation, despite the fact that any investigation into its own, and its courier's inefficiency, is completely irrelevant to me - I'm just waiting for my refund but Autodoc couldn't care less!!
A bad company to deal with, for certain. It sends polite emails but it seems to want to retain my payment for goods I have not received.

Very fast delivery. Can’t comment on the ABS tone ring I bought as I haven’t tried to fit it yet but it looks fine.

Found the parts I wanted, delivery updates/information was lacking but happy with service

Perfect delivery A+ only down side to the header tank was the fittings to to car to hold the header tank but easily sorted you have to use clips instead of screwing it down

Ordered 3rd March, nothing. Email with order confirmed over a week later on 11th March. Arrived 14th March.

11 days from ordering.

Not worth the slight price saving.

And it was circa £9 shipping on a £15 purchase.

Avoid.

"blah blah logistics, lots of orders".
That's a you problem, not a customer problem. Get better partners, hire more staff. Order wasn't processed for 8 days.

Part arrived fast however in the description it was said to fit both o/s and n/s of car, this was not the case and major alterations were needed on my part to make the part fit

Don't use them - delivery is very slow, it took over a week to arrive, which is a challenge when preparing for an MOT! I selected their 'safe order' product, which cost extra to make it easy to return an item. Now I am trying to return the items (I had bought at GSF, installed and passed the MOT before these arrived), they are ignoring me. To top it all off, the return address is in Germany, so even if they do eventually respond, it is likely to cost an arm and a leg to make the return.

Bestpartstore was the only place I could find my car part, which was an expensive part so I was concerned after reading some of the reviews.
However it arrived and although damaged in transit, it works and I'm happy. I would recommend Bestpartstore.
