Fantastic service from Autodoc and Besparts UK - several email exchanges needed to determine appropriate part.
Which was then ordered on a Friday - delivered and fitted the following Monday with a saving of over 200 euros after being told I had to have an OEM replacement only available from South Korea with a delivery projection of a minimum of 6-8 weeks.
Thank you Google , Autodoc, Besparts and DHL there is still professional service available if you look for it

Parts and prices are good but delivery times are woeful. Don't use EVRI as they are as bad as Hermes was before rebrand.

Excessive packaging and poor choice of courier
Ordered seals for fuel injectors, which could've easily been packaged in an envelope and posted via letter post. Instead, it was packaged in an unnecessary box, necessitating a courier, and unfortunately they use EVRi (Hermes) who are consistently useless. As a result, delivery took almost two weeks.

Really great part, fitted with a few tweaks using the old part.
Trouble free service, delivery could have been a little quicker but didn’t effect me as I’m a diy’er!

The product was fine the delivery was fine but good grief the size of the box! The sheer size of the packaging for a small piece of bumper trim was absolutely ridiculous. And to add insult to injury the product itself was not even covered by the metres of packing paper the box was filled with, it was placed on the top of it just under the box flaps! Without exaggeration the product could have been packed using just 1% of the packaging it came with. Come on guys let’s save the planet. Get a grip!
