I bouth a pool with a broken waterpump. The change time is longer than 3month, meanwhile i could not use the pool at the whole summer time. The error report system is not useable, I need to call the customer service if I want to know any informatin. After they recognized the problem, and change the water pump, they send me a new one but to a wrong adress! Twice!
I need to take actions to receive my pack, and it takes me several extra costs, and time.
Never buy anything next time, and I don't recommend this company for anyone!

The water-pump for the swimmingpol broke down. After we exchanged some emails and I proved that it was bad they sent me a new one. Of course I was in the warranty period.
Terrible… it takes 1 month to get a meaningful reply and problem solving.. No reply for weeks and then more assistant have written different aspects..

They write their feedback in two or three mails. That is, when they do... They wrote back to my request, telling me what to photograph and film. I sent it that in the day, but they didn't reply to my mail for a week and a half, despite my repeated requests and inquiries.
After I wrote to the Milan e-mail address, the Hungarian customer service woke up and we managed to move forward. I received a replacement device, but they can't tell me when I'll get it.
I gave 3 stars because my problem will eventually be solved. When we managed to communicate, we made good progress.

The phone customer service was very quick to respond! We found a solution to our problem quickly. The only problem was that for some reason the phone line quality was not good, so sometimes I could barely understand the lady on the other end of the line.
Communication with customer service is very difficult. It takes a long time to resolve any issue. We often do not receive feedback on our reported issues for weeks. This often results in us running out of the 30-day service interval.

It took 1 month to resolve my issue. The call center seems very busy, I tried several times to reach out, but no answer, or it was closed. The opening hour is very short. I sent all my detail via e-mail, and they asked again for the same details. Not professional at all.

More than 1 month has passed, the warranty replacement pump has not arrived. Negligence, delay, unprofessional customer service. The problem has not been resolved to this day. Never again Bestway.

It's a disaster. I am very disappointed. I bought a garden pool in February, which I installed at the beginning of June. Unfortunately, the top of the sand filter pump broke right after the first switch-on and it turned out also the flexible tube that belongs to the pump was leaky.. I announced both issues by email.. no answer.. I phoned them every day, then finally I talked to them. nothing happened for a week again, so I phoned them again. they recorded the issues "again" and later I had to send pictures of the damage by email and give my personal details again.. later, I received an email, which said they had to order the broken pieces from Poland and it would take a while to get them.. More than one month after I reported my issue I received a piece of flexible tube, which I cannot use, because my pump is still broken.. I could cry honestly, in 2025 I thought Bestway is more efficient and able to handle such an issue within a short term.. but no communication, no information, no assistance, no pump... nothing
