bet365 Reviews

BET365 JUST KEEP YOUR BALANCE,Cannot connect me to my acvount.
Spoke to agents about my not being able to login.
Said they would sort it but still no account.
Have a balance of over £30 but looks as though I have lost that.
So bet365 have a drink on me will not use you again crooks

What a bunch of losers had a nice double up took advantage of early cash .now they took all cashouts and freebets I’m thousand in pocket LOL

I bet on a match that they would win 2-0, £100. I had a total win of 3400. In the 100th minute I had the option to cash out £2700. I cashed out for my safety. The money went to my bet365. I had a total of £3000. I played another match and won £400. I tried to withdraw £2500 to my card and I was left with £800 in my bet365 account. After a few minutes, only £715 came to my bank card. The bet365 account was empty too. I have screenshots and evidence. But I can't do anything. Can someone help me how to get my money back?Thank you , i try to speak with them on live chat . They answer 4,5 times and after that they don t want to answer me anymore .

Horrible site to play slots on STAY AWAY !!!!

Never pays anything out honestly people stay away keep your money or find a site that gives and takes this site just take take take !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE !!! SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!

Would give it a zero site is useless after telling me my bank details were wrong tried again wouldn’t even let me log in it’s now telling me my email and password are incorrect , abosolutely dreadful site don’t give it the time of day you’ll regret it

Absolutely useless at getting a connection in certain parts of my gym so can't av a bet🤷‍♂️🤡also won some coins on some free competition they do but wouldn't pay out, when i queried it asked me for all sorts of irrelevant things so just told them to stick there free comps in future.

Awful site played £30 on gold cash big spins and like many other games just spin after spin until money has gone with no winning spins scammers along with many other sites they are there to take your money and dont even get any play time horrendous they online gaming sites need closing down

Yes always with games

Awful betting site! Had used for quite a few years but no longer!
No free bets or promotions! Even though I'm not a big winner, like most on it I would guess.
Log in of phone app and balance doesn't show and have to log in again, nearly every time! Considering how much the owner pays herself, it's very very poor!
Plenty of other betting sites out there that are much better..your loss for treating your customers like cattle and just caring about your fat bonuses. Greed at its finest.

Login wouldn't accept my correct details and when I tried to reset my password it suddenly allowed me to deposit but after I deposited it seemed to log me out so now I can't Login and place a bet nor withdraw my balance. In recent days this site has become intolerable 👎👎👎👎👎

Do not play I was keeping my options open this is the worst ever don't play you won't win worst site ever iv got my favourite games on here it honestly is terrible games are definitely rigged disgusting this place should be shut down read reviews do something about it they should lose there license I went by the reviews 3.8 is registered aswel this is shameful don't play

Spent over an hour attempting to ask information regarding their regulator. I thought these places were meant to be transparent and fair :/

i was competing in a tournament which the 1st prize is 888 pounds and i was in 1 st place
i spend 7 hours on bet365 and lost 30 pounds and bet 365 suspended my account
i was forced to have a conversation with them
in the conversation the staff decided to close my account on a permanent basis

Being a consistent punter with bet365 with close to 12 months , I had a substantial win recently and instantly the withdrawal was suspended on my account , I could still deposit but couldn't withdraw, hmm that's strange , after the usual nonsense of chasing your tail in circles they refused to pay me , anyone who has dealt with the chat support knows what i mean ,said my account wasn't verified even though it has ,standard tactics applied, even though i have received a message from bet365 saying my account was in fact 100 percent verified, how is this possible after 4hours of painful messages bet365 locked my account upgrading it from a suspension and told me I'm not welcome to bet with them in the future and my account will never reopen , no explanation and as of writing this no funds have been transferred from bet365 to my bank account, I haven't broken any laws yet they have my money and treat me the loyal customer like a criminal , appalling, do not gamble with bet365,as when you hit big they will not pay you out , how this is allowed to happen is just shocking , you have been warned !!

No wonder why the ridiculously low rating.
Thank god I only deposited 10pounds. They closed the account and kept the money. 🤣 KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OF THIEVES!

when the app is working its great but massive tech issues. Ive placed multiple bets exceeding 8k and some for 5k and the app completely closes down. I will try opening it up and the actual game is GONE? I have taken screen shots and tried to cash out but there was NO WAY to have access to this. I went to the live chat option where its not live but automated. Keep in mind I have a 8k bet with minutes left in the game and no way of accessing my account. The live chat asked if I'd like to VOID the bet and my answer was YES. The response was we are unable to complete this request. Im telling you this is good only if your sure your bets are LOCK. If you are betting large or max on anything that might require true help your Screwed. I am actually on the phone with them and on hold naturally. Ive have problems with depositing my cash since I opened my account. Its a absolute joke and NO GOOD. Bettor Beware of tech issues its a true problem. Trying to get it resolved with customer service kids that get paid 20 a hour have NO CLUE. Again NO GOOD.

Failed to honour offer after completing all tasks and want a screenshot from the past. Sorry but I don't own a deloreon so lost out on 100 bingo tickets.
Also never paid out on a £5 football offer if it losses I would get back in free bets.
Also noticed another thing happen whilst playing slingo. The win showed in balance before starting the bonus game so goes to show no matter what you select in the bonus game it's already decided. The game was fishing bob.

Avoiding paying a small bet builder for 6 players commiting a FOUL. My last player commits a naughty foul, the ref plays on but comes back and books my player for the foul but Bet365 dont count that as a free kick wasn't given
Shocking, crap customer service too
AVOID!!!!!!!!

A terrible untrustworthy company.
If you win or complain they flag you and they restict your account and you have to talk to their safer gambling team. If you keep losing and spending more then you don't. They are a vile sick digusting run company, who will do anything to make profit. Run by a vile horrible lady who should be jailed. A bad bad company. Oh and the RTP is a joke.

My account got limited. Seems they don't like it when you win. Avoid.
