Actually good site although I did go on live chat today as I thought I was 2x£10 free bets down but they add on within 24hrs Leandro and Laura both was great in chat friendly took time out check through things all in all very good would recommend easy site use to fast which is good that dazn site is appalling slow

Ana was excellent. I stupidly didn’t read the T&Cs on the welcome offer well enough and cashed out early, which meant my qualifying bet didn’t earn my free bets. I proceed to bet another qualifying bet and it didn’t work. So I started the live chat to see if anyone could help, thankfully I was placed with Ana who didn’t mess around with helping me and simply sorted my query with no hesitation. Really is excellent customer service and will bring me back to play with Betano!

Credited my opening acct offer immediately after messaging them that it was not showing in my acct. No problems at all.....

This Bookmaker is the worst what i saw. I started 5.9. with just 500$, during 5 days i won 1000$, so i had 1500$ and then they block my bets, because they wanted my ID, photos, receipt and statement, so i sent it. Today is 11.10. and i still CANT use my account, cant bets, cant withdraw my money. I called with them 5x times and still says the same sh+ts.
