Me being an idiot misread/understood the new customer promotion and thought odds of 1/1 was equivalent to 1.0 as decimal so my bets didn’t qualify for the promotion so i contacted the app and they very generously explained where I had gone wrong and credited me the bonus funds anyway. Never experienced such useful and efficient customer service before. The odds are good, the offers are good and the staff are brilliant. Thank you Thomas!

Signed up for the introductory offer. Bet £10 receive £50 bonus. Waitrose a week for my bonus and nothing came.
When asked why I have not received my bonus, they mentioned I did not do it through the correct links, which I showed them I did with email evidence.
Instead they offered £30 boxing bet bonus funnily enough instead.
Plenty of betting providers. Less shady with more integrity. Probably best to play with your hard earned cash elsewhere !

Used Betano as a back up to my regular days in a year site.
No comparison.
Mostly all odds are less i.e. Luke Littler at 6/4 compared fo 15/8 to win outright.
Offers if used hardly seen again for months. Giving you a chance to win up to £30 on a spin the wheel. A con only ever paid 50p or 1 pd.
Offers twice taken and never fulfilled. My good site offered 4 offers yesterday winning on Salah enhanced sot. And bet builder.
If you try and compete with the big boys dont con people. Your small fish and should be thrown back in. Ive closed you now you offer no explanation or recompense. I will not be reapplying as offered.
